The only reason im giving this place 5 stars is because the AM cashier bro is the nicest person. First, he tells me \\\"good morning,\\\" shows me where the ice teas are, let me know they have specials, etc, and then wishes me a good day.. service is top notch .... the gas station, on the other hand, is pretty beat up and needs an update

Absolutely a terrible place! Dirty station, unsafe area, owners (a family) dishonest!A family member began working there last week ....station was DESPERATE for an employee to work and asked him to start the day he interviewed. He obliged. After working 7 DAYS straight, the trainer even "praising his work".....after day ONE of employment he was asked by "one of the family members of the owner" to call the store and confirm that he wanted a FULL time position also CONFIRMING his schedule. After one HOUR of calling the number SHE provided .....and receiving a message from VERIZON wireless, "welcome to Verizon wireless your number cannot be completed as dialed," he texted her to tell her and the number after he was asked to CALL back mysteriously worked! Disorganized from the FIRST day.Yesterday, they informed him he would be working a DIFFERENT shift next week to TRAIN on days.This MORNING the they texted him telling him yesterday was his LAST day! He was not LATE, missed worked, and cleaned TOILETS for 7 Days. He was told thru text he could PICK UP his check in TWO weeks!As a 76 gas station they are:1. Completely disorganized.2. Located in a very dirty location, graffiti on walls.3. Dishonest as an employer.4. Filthy restaurant located inside gas station.In closing, trust the OTHER ONE Star reviews.....they are correct!The "trainer" he worked with once told him "don't park your car in front of the store, it will be VANDALIZED!" The store is in a very BAD area of Pomona. I did NOT even feel SAFE picking him up from work. It is a filthy place, with a dishonest family running their business.

Can be difficult to get into, prices are higher than competitors, and car wash is often closed.

I had a very disrespectful interaction with a cashier in his 60s. Just because I didn't wanted him to touch my merchandise and I was pointing the code through the scanner, he got offended. He said that I was more dirty because I was arriving from the street. I told him it wasn't that, but the fact that he was managing money, so he said that he wasn't gonna sell me nothing and that I had more dirt. He was being very disrespectful. I told the cashier that I was gonna tell his manager, to which he replied me "Tell him!!!". So I asked several time for his manager's number so I could contact him. He just kept saying in a very disrespectful manner that he wasn't gonna give me his number. I felt very frustrated by his bad attitude and just decided to leave. I go to that gas station 4 o 5 times a week. I buy gas and also food at the annexed restaurant. I've never had there an experience like that before. All the other cashiers have always been very respectful, with the exception of this old cashier. I will really appreciate if the manager contact me so I could get his number. Thanks.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! All the card readers are broken, everything is absolutely filthy. Prices are way higher than anyone else around. Terrible experience. Diesel is only R95 too which is complete garbage and will ruin your fuel system. The roof is being held together with a busted tarp. Talk about classy. This place is an absolute dumpster fire, I will never be returning. I'm also glad I paid with cash because I just read of all the credit card scams that are going on here.

I wouldn’t even give this place a star the lady who had her name tag upside down that said Loca! Was so rude and unprofessional she refuse service of gas and air, the doors where closed and everything I don’t know how this people are running this business . The manager mac according to this lady gives the ok to close the doors early they don’t even have the button for the air pump this employee was ridiculous if this is how the company is represented, is very poorly.

BEWARE!!!! One of ladies here is definitely involved in credit fraud they stole my card when paying and when i came back to ask for it she said she didnt have it the next day i saw that someone was trying to purchase items with my card

Beware of Credit Card Fraud!I filled up gas here on 06/30. The machine declined one of my credit cards, so I tried my debit card instead (rarely use it). The debit card was successful. This weekend, both of those cards had multiple fraudulent charges on them. Luckily my banks have good fraud protection; my cards have been cancelled and they will be issuing refunds for the $600+ fraudulent claims.Hopefully the gas station owners are not involved in the scam itself. At the very least, they are negligent for not checking the card receivers on their pumps for fraud devices.I tried to call their posted phone number to share the feedback, but it went to a voicemail with no greeting. So I am leaving this review to warn other customers.
