The cashier in front was so rude when I picked up an order. She gave me a dirty look when I told her I was there to pick up an order and did not say a word to me, just looked me up and down as she handed me the order.

The clerk and the boss were both very rude and impatient with customers. I returned the items directly to them and would rather travel a little longer than spend money in his store.

Mexican lady worker decided it was time to put a pizza in when I was next in line... then was able to serve the next patron (mexican) in line after i paid with another mexican gentleman worker. She stared at me thru the window as I pumped my gas, because she knew I knew exactly what she did.... she didnt want to serve a black man/paying customer smh.

Watch out if you cash in your lottery tickets here. I scanned them myself at one end of the counter and I had a $5, $3, and a $2 dollar winner. I took them to the cashier on the other side of the register and he said I had $5. I asked him how much he said $5.00 so I asked him twice and he said $5. I should have insisted that he gave me back my tickets. I had to be at work and did not have time to argue with him. Really rude guy he is ripping people off!!!! Read the other reviews!!!!

My father and brother had just purchased some water from across the street at the chevron gas station. They then went to 7-11 to get lighters afterwards, and were accused of stealing the water they had bought from the previous gas station. As my brother was purchasing the lighters, our father waited outside. A female clerk then walked up to my father who was outside, attempted to grab the water from him, exclaiming “you stole these”. My father and brother defended themselves stating to check the camera footage, and were then left alone. To add more context, this was after our family had left the viewing for our recently deceased grandmother.This stores’s employees are unfriendly and discriminatory.

Anil and the other Indian guy are by far the rudest people I have ever met in my life. I have came here on 2 different occasions and they have always been very aggressive and belittling to me each time. Anil was by far the rudest today when I decided to take in my scratcher as he yells at me saying he needs the barcode and I didn't know where to find it. He continues to scream at me. Literally the ticket was only worth 3 dollars. I would have rather took the loss then to be treated the way he treated me. I can't believe he has a job because there's no way he can continue to treat people like this and still be employed unless he is friends with the owner or is the owner. I will never return. Negative stars from me.

Be careful if you are female, the male owner here harasses young women and came out to scream at me in the parking lot yesterday and tried to get another grown man to yell at me as well because I pulled over to look up directions on my phone and throw something away. I was about to get gas when he came outside yelling at me to get out of there - because I didn't want to flirt back with him when I was last here. I've lived around the corner for 25 years and he's always been very creepy and very hostile if you're a woman and ignore his advances on you. I left without getting gas or buying anything because he scared me to the point I was crying. Absolutely horrible excuse of a person.

All 711s I go to our very convenient and have a great selection of stuff.but this one needs work done to the parking lot. Inside was fine though.

I stopped here after a hard day at work to pick a 6 pack of White claw, when I got to my destination I popped one open and took a sip and it was totally flat. I took the whole 6 pack back expecting either a refund or a replacement and the employee refused to help me, I never heard of such a thing I have sent back flat soda or beer and always been compensated in restaurants. I asked him to call his manager and he refused. I believe he most have been afraid because the manager and or owner walked in and at first I felt relieved because I thought I'd finally get this resolved. Instead he started screaming at me that it's a state law they can not replace the product. I believe that's up to the discretion of the owner, and as the other reviews already mentioned these people are greedy and rip their customers off. There is another 711 a mile down the road on Diamond Bar Blvd. You will get great customer service there!
