This place is horrible, the young kids working evenings are no help for anything. They tend to be smartasses plus they seem to have a problem with over charging I noticed a few times and so have a few other locals that go there. I know they had issues with credit card readers being set up in the store and now it's the workers trying to rip you off. Or was it them the whole time is the question. Stay clear

Horrible service and the workers just don't seem to care. The website says that its open 24hrs but its not true. And they never have coffee at during the cold nights

All of your workers are very friendly and will help you when and if you ask. This location tends to get a lot of odd & impatient characters regularly, some like to cause problems for the workers yet i see them handlethe situations very well! so good job to them

My Experience this afternoon at 7-ELEVEN was great!!! I was greeted upon entering Store from the 2 Employee's behind counter with their bright big smiles and attentive personalities. A Genuine Warm Welcome. During my transaction the Employee who helped me asked me if I had the 7-ELEVEN app and waited patiently for me to get my phone ready so she can scan my code even tho there was quite a few people on the line behind me and when the P.O.S. was done she politely asked me if I wanted a bag ?. Least I can say is my Trip to 7-ELEVEN this afternoon was a Better Experience then I've had in awhile at this Location. Especially since I wasn't mistreated by the Manager with her negative attitude towards me or any other Customer in the Store. It's Amazing how one Employee with a negative attitude can make a Store Experience less than desirable. This is coming from a Person that was a Store Manager for several Years "Myself" who knows when other People in the Customer Service Industry fall short of their Public Customer Service Guidelines. With that said... I would like to Add that this Stores Appearance has Greatly Improved over the last Year or so and looks like a Real 7-ELEVEN should. But looks aren't Everything when the Manager is Rude and mistreats her Customers. Im glad the Manager wasn't there during this Visit otherwise my rating most likely wouldn't have been 5 stars. Because I've hadn't had any Positive Experiences with her for the last year or so.

Can you guys PLEASE order more of the Peach-Mango Smirnoff Smash drinks for this location please? I like coming here for it because it's so close to my house and I get them for a better price/deal than if I go to the liquor store up the street. The staff is always friendly and the store is kept as clean and hospitable as possible.

This place is down the street from my job and I came to get iced coffee and as soon as I walked in I noticed this place was dirty dingy and had a weird smell. I get that there are a lot of homeless and it's a bad area but I still feel that should be a sense of pride in your stores. This is my third time coming here and every time I come here it reminds me why I don't come here. To me the store is very bare. Floors are always dirty or sticky and I honestly don't wanna touch anything. Their coffee machines and soda station is always a mess and it looks like the machines have never been clean from the outside. I would steer clear of this place

I've been to this store four times in a week to buy hotdogs, and for the fourth time they have NOT refilled their cheese and chili sauces at the dispenser; seriously how can you have a hotdog without cheese. So what they have is that cilantro with tomatoes and onions on the side that I observed had NEVER been replaced for the fourth time I went there, it's been at the same level since I started to notice this, and I noticed it smells it's been there for days- This is BAD FOOD HANDLING and they still continue to sell hotdogs, they never put up a sign regarding their cheese and chili outage to let the customers know but instead the crew just gave excuses. Well know this that a customer buys everything except for the BOX OF EXCUSES!

Online says 7/11 is open 24/7 but went by 11:30 and it was closed. There was people inside and the lights on but the had the doors locked. Maybe there should be an update on the new hours.
