I just had a bad experience right now at this location. I got cash back, and the gentleman working tried to give me a $10 bill that was ripped in half, and taped back up together. I've had experiences in the past where nobody took my money because it was ripped, even though it was taped together so I asked him for another one. He must have took it offensively for some reason and told me never to come back for cash back at that location again. I wasn't rude to him or anything. I am aware that sometimes its not what you say, but how you say. But I was being nice about it. I'm not sure why he was rude.

This 711 has great customer service. The cashiers were friendly and very professional. I plan on visiting this 711 more often!

Dishonest black employee cost the store more than he robbed me of. Don’t ever give your customers a bad bill and not own up to it. Refused to contact the owner/manager to review the tape after I came back with the bad bill he gave me 3 minutes later. So I got my money back and then some the easy way. $5. It wasn’t worth it for you.

Doors remained locked to customers regardless of peak hours or time of day. You must ring a bell (although 3 employees will stare at you from inside and good luck getting anyone to let you in.) Couldn't even grab a coffee or snack on my way to work at the hospital on a Friday night at 10pm or Monday morning at 7am. Defies the entire concept of a convenience store. Dirty outside, the usual suspects abound but the lack of entry trumps anything else I've seen. There's another 7-11 up the block on Indian hill with opened doors and a small convenience store on holt two blocks west on the right side as well with much friendlier service past Wells Fargo. Take your $$ elsewhere!!
