Best location to purchase auto parts. The personnel will go above and above to assist you and discover what you need. They are amiable and knowledgeable. While O'Riley's will use whatever means at their disposal to eject you from their establishment.

That store seems expensive too me compared to other locations. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful though, Do not get an estimate or a price by phone, it seems to change when you get there. Getting a Hydraulic hose there is catastrophic, way above industrial standards and in my opinion a total rip off. I couldn't get a word in edge wise about it to Mr Mouth. He knows who he is! Over $135.00 for a small hose with standard fittings. I was quoted on phone $45 to $75 and drove a long way! Unreal!!! It's okay though, they got my money and that is all they cared about instead of a repeat customer. The more I think about it the more I want to seek legal council.

Jermery helped so much and i had major issues with a stuck fuel filter cap and Jermey stayed and helped me until we got it off and a new one on installed. I was really worked up about the issues and the leak from the bad cap. I'm 8 plus hours from home out in this area working almost not sure what i would have done if it was not for Jermey. Overall, my experience at this location was a 5 out of 5. Thank you so very much for all the help Jermey.

I have been going to Riebes (Pollock Pines) for 11 years now and every time I have gone in there they have been extremely helpful. The last time I was there one of the guys happily came out to my truck to take a look at what I needed. Great customer service! Also every time I go there it's like talking to a friend about cars, they couldn't be more helpful!!! One last thing, it's also Napa auto parts, this place couldn't be any better!

I have worked all over the Country, from the North Slope of Alaska along the Arctic Ocean, Utility work, Mechanic, Manager, to Fire Rescue.One of the very important things to have in an area is having a very knowledgeable and helpful staff at a Napa Auto Parts Store.All the staff at Napa Auto in Pollock Pines have been great, Sandy just went out ofher way to help me with my Auto Parts for my only vehicle. She is great and her helping is is so greatly appreciated.
