We have been trying for three days to get reconnected. We are only told to unplug and plug back in, which doesn't work. It has been difficult to persuade HOrizon to send a tech to help...big problem since we work from home.

I could not be more pleased by my experience with Horizon Cable. Every single person I've dealt with has been a pleasure, topped off today when Alex came out to my place in Bolinas and set our new fiber optic internet service. I can recommend Horizon Cable without qualification.

I just moved and needed my cable/WiFi installed in the new place. Alex came out and got to work immediately. He even had to go in the crawl space to rewire old useless line. He came out with cobwebs on. No complaints or venting. Just happy in his work to get it right. Between Alex and Karl, we have the best service in West Marin!

Horizon Cable offers the best Internet service with the fastest speeds in West Marin. The customer service offered by Andrea who runs the office and Karl who is their tech expert always is friendly and professional. Karl knows tech, and he has helped my friends and me solve quite a few problems.When I moved to Stinson Beach in 2006, almost everyone was dumping Horizon Cable’s Internet service for AT&T. Over the last several years, the reverse has been happening. Customers have been kicking AT&T to the curb and embracing Horizon Cable as their Internet provider because Horizon Cable’s Internet service not only is faster it also is more reliable.Horizon Cable actually has an old style answering service with a real human being who answers your calls after hours for which I have reason to be grateful. A few years ago, I had an Internet problem in the middle of the night. I called Horizon Cable and the professional answering service immediately provided me with the phone number of an IT business with which Horizon Cable has contracted to help their customers who experience problems outside of normal business hours. When I called the number, I spoke with an IT expert who patiently told me how to fix my problem.Horizon Cable appreciates their customers, and they show it by going the extra mile. They make their customers feel they truly care about you.
