I wanted a couple of shirts shipped and Vicki was so great! She sent pictures of options and determined shipping cost before mailing it out! Sweet folks, has that Point Reyes touch:)

If you forget to bring socks, go here. Also good for shoes, Point Reyes swag, and other stuff.

Fabulous store! Visited as a tourist. Found shoes I wanted but my size and color were not in inventory. Due to the COVID supply chain issues it took many months but Vicki retained my details and sent me what are now my favorite shoes. She gave me great advice on sizing for shoes that needed to be worn in.

I have been to this store a few times. I would not say that customer service is their top priority. I have had one very great experience where an employee went above & beyond to support me in finding shoes that would work for what I needed them to. She pulled out several styles for me to try & seemed pleased to do so. Unfortunately, my last experience there has made me reconsider shopping there ever again. The owner is incredibly rude & stand-offish, there was no employees available to help me, & when I wanted to try some different items, I was talked over, shut down, & basically felt that if I was going to find any items, that I would have to do all the work myself without any assistance. I find this an incredibly poor business practice & see no point in further supporting a business that treats customers this disrespectfully.

Checked out their sale rack and purchased a well made pull over hoodie for a decent price. Cute store.

Cabaline is worth a visit just for the variety: high-quality clothing ; equestrian equipment and medicines; toys; camping supplies; hats; hand creams; more. Crowded, each rack offering more surprises. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a great time shopping here. I got two shirts and a hat. Just the sort of double pocket shirts I need and want. Paula got a shirt and an all cotton USA bandana. And, a complimentary pocket knife. Used it a lot. Coming again. LOTS of stuff. Some you didn't even know you wanted.

This is a great place to find comfortable and practical footwear, clothing, jackets, and all kinds of things including a surprisingly nice selection of american indian jewelry, and beautiful belts made with braided horsehair. They always have a sale rack in the entry and I have found some great deals on my favorite clogs. A little crowded with stock so be patient. And yes you can also find the horsey stuff.

For years and years, when horse camping at Stewart Horse Camp in Olema, we would visit into town and come to this shop. They always carry horse tack, clothing and other really neat, horse related things. They must have either new owners or new sales people as the atmosphere is definitely changed and sadly not for the better. I was looking at a saddle bag and was talking to my friend about it. The sales woman, older, gray/white hair with glasses, interrupted our conversation by telling me to put my mask on. Which is really ok but her manner was condescending. I complied. The gentleman sales guy was very nice and was trying to explain that the saddle bag was meant for an English saddle. I said I have an Endurance saddle he didn't seem to understand the difference (which is no big deal) and the older lady salesperson interrupted again saying the western saddle bags were over there...apparently she didn't know the difference either. Not sure if I wanted to spend $80 on a saddle bag, and will think on it, I told the nice salesman I did know that I wanted a new Pt Reyes tee shirt as mine was over 18 years old. He showed me where they were. I wanted short sleeve...I asked if there was a difference between the men's size small and the women's. And that older saleswoman interrupted yet again and says there's a junior size small and a woman's size small you just figure it out. I looked at her and then looked at him, he looked embarrassed and walked away. I looked back at her and said wow how rude. She ignored me. How disappointing that this wonderful store has such a sour person working for them. I wanted the saddle bag and a tee shirt, easily a $100 sale. I left buying absolutely nothing. News Flash: while working with the public you have to be nice, polite and not a grouchy old person. To the gentleman salesman - you were very helpful and nice and friendly and I thank you but the saleswoman had such a negative way about her.
