I've always had help from friendly and helpful post office staff, even when the lobby fills during peak times. Between the service and nostalgic backdrop, Plymouth's post office is a community staple.

Poor customer service. If you're paying for a PO Box I would go to the next county over. It was truly disappointing and unfortunate.

the two women at this post office have the rudest customer service attitude. after 3 visits to the post office and refusing my packages and purchasing their boxes (2 boxes and 2 envelopes for $13.26) they finally excepted my boxes. Maybe it would have been easier if my boxes were giant amazon boxes! and I am just a local of 20 years selling trinkets on Ebay.

I can't get my mail how is that I'm denied a box because their is none won't deliver and I can't get internet unless I'm in town..

This post office is on Main Street in Plymouth, California, amid a bunch of old buildings.The building is more modern than the surrounding buildings but it has a rustic wooden sign.Convenient to visit if you're in downtown Plymouth.
