Rancho Victoria Vineyard
16920 Greilich Rd, PlymouthShared a delightful mid-afternoon tasting here with family, who are members. The tasting room is nestled amongst beautiful and expansive vineyards. Our party was on the larger side, however they were able to give us a wonderfully shaded area outside. We began by ordering a bottle of their Cuvée Senza Nomee VI. Tastings included their Savignon Blanc, a 2021 Rosato of Primativo, 2019 Grenache, 2019 Barbera, 2019 Primitivo and 2019 Cabernet. All were excellent. Our best choices were the Grenache and Rosato. The hospitality was casual and welcoming and the site amazing. It’s a bit out of the way in Amador county, but the trip is well worth it.

Tin Roof Wine Cafe
9414 Main St, PlymouthGot into town wanting to find a place to eat in the small town of Plymouth. Decided to try Tin Roof Wine Cafe as they also have a few menu items to choose from. This particular evening we ordered drinks and for dinner we had a barbecued chicken pizza and poblano green chili enchiladas with a side of rice. Both meals were exceptional, very delicious and just the right amount of food. The owner gave us a recommendation to a local winery along with a free tasting coupon...this too was exceptional! If you're ever in Plymouth, CA definitely plan to visit Tin Roof Wine Cafe you won't be disappointed.

Bella Grace Vineyards & Wine Cave
22715 Upton Rd, PlymouthWhat a lovely discovery! This was our first visit to Bella Grace Vineyards and it did not disappoint. Our group did the all-Barbera tasting flight. Who knew that you could sample, and distinguish, five different and great-tasting Barbera wines from the same vineyard, in one visit? We also got to visit the cave and that was interesting too. All in all, a wonderful experience and we will be sure to go back next time. Highly recommend you try it out!

Di Stasio Vineyards and Wines
10788 Shenandoah Rd, PlymouthI'm not sure if it's because I was fresh of the plane from 3 weeks in Italy,, and regardless of the reason Di Stasio Vineyards is my now favorite vineyard in Amador County. Keep in mind, I did tastings at publicly favored wineries on the same day and nothing compared to Di Stasio. Their Italian varietals are amazing, with so much depth, from the nose to the finish! The service is top notch!

Deaver Vineyards
12455 Steiner Rd, PlymouthThis was a cute vineyard my family and I visited yesterday. They have a complimentary flight which I tried which had a white, orange muscat, sangoivese, another red (I cannot remember), and port to finish it off. They all tried out the delicious selections of ports that deaver sold. We did our tastings inside the gift shop where they also sold cute napkins, spreads, and water bottles. The service was quick and I even got to try some extra tastings like the almond champagne in addition to my complimentary tastings. I will definitely come back to try the port tastings next time since everyone in my family seemed to enjoy them all!

Paul J. Wines
10775 Shenandoah Rd #9513, PlymouthReferred here by another tasting guide. The Chardonnay was really nice. The dessert Chardonnay was nice but definitely a sweet dessert wine. This would be a great spot to walk-in The whites were nice. Flavorful. Not the destination but a great little winery that you can see is up and coming
