“The clerks of Arco had smiles which they passed on to us. My family traveling from orange county ,typically we rush in and out of most gas stations, so we were tired hungry and hurried, with their kindness ( Crystal and I'm sorry I did not take notice of her coworker name) my family left cheered and with anticipated snacks. Thank you”

“I don't know what the negative reviews are all about and I cannot attest to those (could be a one time thing), but my only frustration is the time it takes to get your meds in pharmacy drive-thru, which is well over 15 minutes each time (twice) I came here even though there was only a car or two in front of me. I also however understand that it could be the time of day, or people might have extra questions about their prescriptions. But all in all, it's a decent drugstore. Inside the store, I have not had a bad experience, either with customer service or their products. It's good to have a pharmacy store in Plumas Lake, consider this a blessing, people.. or feel free to drive to Yuba, Marysville, or Lincoln. And all these stores also have a mid- or bad rating. I have been here twice to pick up meds and both times the wait was well over 15 minutes even though there was a car or two in front of me.
