I went in to make an exchange and the African American girl that helped me (I should’ve asked for her name) was so rude. The way she answer my questions was rude and when she was done ringing me up she just stood there in silence. No ok you’re all set or a thank you that way I know she’s done. I had to ask if she’s done and if I’m good to go. She needs to be fired and the manager who hired her should be fired too!!

This store has great variety of items, but needs more staffing. Stood in line for 30 minutes just to make a return. 2 people working registers when you have a line extending half way through the store is not good. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this either. Get more help!

Update: I came back a few months later, and things have changed. The store was a chaotic mess. Clothes in piles unsorted. Hangers on the floor. Worst of all one hour before closing they and the dressing room was closed. The attendant said it was because she was short staffed.
Myself and another woman left because we couldn't try anything on. The other woman only had one item, and they still said no.
I drove a long way to come here and I won't come back again after this.
Original review: nice big Zara store. Dressing rooms are small but have good mirrors. Didn't make it to the second level but found lots of goodies at reasonable prices.

The black girl with the wig is rude, she got a deeper manly voice, don’t know her name but she was mocking customers to her coworker.

This store keeps getting worse. This location would benefit from new management. Now it turns out the fitting room doesn’t open till after 11, an hour after the store opens. The staff seems very unfriendly and unwilling to help. Not a pleasant place to shop. Right after I went to Uniqlo and it was like night and day. So helpful and friendly. Management should go take notes

Manager of the store, is the absolute rudest. Making unnecessary comments aloud about one of the items I wanted to purchase that was damaged thinking I can’t hear her. Not only is she rude to me, but as well as to other employees and other customers. The tone of her voice when telling customers that they’re only accepting card transactions is not at all friendly. Store should find a different manager because from other reviews on here, seems like her attitude has been like this for a long time.

Came to the store, the fitting rooms were closed. The store manager was ok with me buying and trying it in a restroom, then returning the items. Couldn’t care less

not punctual! It says that it opens at 10:00, but it’s already 10:20 and the store is still closed. The workers are in no hurry to work, walking around the hall and giggling.

Very rude employee at the entrance didn’t allow me to go and look at the price for a dress at 5:45PM. The store closing time was 6PM. Didn’t expect this type of service at Zara
