I really like this store, the clothes are super cute and cost effective. I have only ever had pleasurable experiences with the staff while I was there.
I see a lot of people complaining about people reactions and/ or moods and I have to say it only shows how they are not acquainted with the customer service field and how the attitude changes depending on where you are at. I’ve worked customer service for well over 10 years and I have to say workers are people too so please be gentle when you’re judging them especially when it’s based on company’s policy (they can’t control that and can potentially lose their job if they don’t enforce them) no matter how inconvenient it is for you I guarantee it is far more of an inconvenience to help an unpleasant customer who thinks the customer is always right no matter the cost to the employees.
Please be kind to your service workers ♥️

Ami and Alyssa made my entire experience at Windsor! I had just driven 8 hours north from SD to attend a wedding, and needed an outfit fast. After an hour of looking and trying things on, I finally asked for help. These 2 (plus another gal who was racking new dresses) came to the rescue and STYLED me themselves. Aside from feeling relieved that I was getting taken care of, they made this experience extremely fun and professional. From the dress, to outerwear, to shoes, and jewelry. Everything they recommended was divine. Not only did they do such a great job styling me, they also were very kind and made me feel good inside out. I'm super grateful for these incredible women!

This location has the friendliest staff! They were super accommodating of me trying on over 20 dresses The entire store was organized and easy to navigate!

After going to 2 different malls, finally ended our shopping adventure at Stoneridge. Windsor turned out to be our golden ticket for my neices dresses. Madison was very helpful and friendly. My neices found the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding.

I came here with my daughter to look for some heels for prom and also her BFF was looking for a prom dress... it was a bit crowded for last minute shopping, but Madison was so helpful and very patient! I think I asked her to look for four pairs of heels in different sizes. Also a bunch of dresses. While helping us she was also attending to other shoppers, working her tail off! Maddyson was very kind and professional!

The store had a smaller inventory of dresses than I imagined but a decent selection nonetheless. The girls working we’re really friendly and in the end we did find a nice dress. I still prefer the online store but would still shop here if need be.

I totally loved going to your store, but unfortunately today was a totally bad experience. I won't go back. I know you don't care, but pay attention to the people you hire to serve customers. Today I went to look for a dress ? as always, excited to see what new ones models they had, I arrived at the store and the very good girl took care of everything very well but when I went to try on the dress the other girl who was there practically took me out of the dressing room without giving me time to measure it, she hit the wall so hard that I rushed I'm going to get out of there totally upset ? and disappointed ?, I'll miss your dresses but I think I'll start looking ? for another store with better service THANK YOU NOTHING ??
