We have known Bill for over 27 years and is a family friend. When we bought our home over 27 years ago he was there to help us and got us through the process. Now we are at a crossroads where my sisters and I had to sell our parents home. He helped us threw that process with sensitivity and guidance.He truly means what he says when he is available for questions or any concerns.He is very knowledgeable in this field as he has a lot of experience and will always be honest and want the best for you. I think when you look for a realtor these are very important qualities that you would want and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs any of his services.

When we decided to purchase our first home there was a mix of anxiousness, nervousness, and fear as we knew nothing about home buying. That changed when we met Bill. Bill was exceptionally thorough with home disclosures, the smallest detail, and planning home viewings. He was ALWAYS punctual with a jolly attitude and ready to work for us. Bill was extremely honest, which we greatly appreciated. He never pressured us into buying a home, but gave us time to consider, weigh all of our options, and come to our own decision. He was never hesitant to let us know when to "run" from a seller’s property. He made sure that we were well-equipped with knowledge about the home in its entirety so we could make informed decisions. At the end of every home we visited, he would give us his two cents on why he personally would or wouldn't purchase the home, including deal-breakers based on the facts.Bill had a great sense of humor, which made the homebuying process more enjoyable. Truly a gem of an agent who knows his stuff, in and out. Even though we were first-time home buyers, he made the process seamless and smooth. Whether you are a buyer or seller, Bill's your man!

He was very organized in scheduling appointments for open houses and thorough in explaining every document we signed.We were also impressed with Bill’s responsiveness, as he was always reachable, even late at night. Not only is Bill organized and responsive, he was very proactive in reaching out to the appropriate parties especially to make sure we closed on time, which we did!Bill had a great sense of humor, which made the home buying process more enjoyable. This is my 4th time working with Bill (bought 2, sold 2) and he has done an excellent job each time! He is very professional and super knowledgeable about the entire process of buying/selling homes. He communicates every step of the way and responds to all questions quickly no matter which mode (email, text, phone call, in person)! I have referred Bill to friends and family members who have also had nothing but good things to say. He is the best!

William sold our home of 20 years in one day with a preemptive offer that was well over asking price. The hard part was finding the new home. William drove out to our location several times during horrible traffic hours within a few hours of requesting to see a house for sale in our area. He put in 4 offers for us always within a few hours of letting him know what we wanted our terms to be. Once our final offer was accepted, he worked closely with the seller's realtor, our lender and the title company. He always communicated where we were in the process of the purchase and what documents he was sending over for us to sign. He pushed for a fast 14 day close to save us interest on the loan, everything worked out well and we closed on time. Thank you, William!

I would give Bill more stars if available...I have known Bill for over 25 years, he's one of my late husband, Dennis', best friends. In the past, he's helped us refinance several of our real estate properties, given us plenty of sound and accurate real estate and financial advice, helped us buy our primary residence in San Ramon, helped us move from one property to another, among other things... I know he's excellent at what he does and has more than plenty of years under his belt as a real estate agent, broker and notary; but I have never really dealt with him just by myself - it was always with Dennis - until this particular instance...From the time I decided to sell my condo in San Francisco, and told him about it, he's been nothing but phenomenal, and that's even saying it lightly.... He never pushed me to sell, on the contrary, he made sure I was making the right decision for me and my boys, even made me wait a few months to make sure I wasn't going to change my mind... Bill knew that my decision to sell this rental property I have had for 27 years was not taken lightly, and we both knew that if Dennis was still alive, selling it would not even have been on the table. When I finally told him to go ahead and put it in the market, he took charge from beginning to end, even with minute details. Bill was always professional, especially dealing with cantankerous HOA, and he made it look like the buyers' agent seem so inexperienced and substandard, without him even trying!I truly appreciate all your hard work, Bill, I definitely could not have done this without your diligence, your vast knowledge in whatever you did, your efficiency, your negotiation skills, and most of all, your attention to detail!!! You made this whole process so seamless, and for that, I am beyond grateful!!!Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

We had worked with William when purchasing our home five years ago and had a great experience, so when it came time to sell our home it was a clear choice as to who we would call first. Navigating COVID restrictions, showing a home dozens of times with having to wrangle three small children, all while trying to time the sell correctly so that we could purchase another on the other side of the country proved to be possible only through William's experience and attentive care. He quarterbacked the whole process and helped us each step of the way. Even when our first buyer backed out, William handled the situation with ease and we were in contract with another in less than a day. There are no situations he hasn't encountered before. I'd gladly recommend William to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We had only heard good things about Bill from our many friends who’ve worked with him in the past. So we had high expectations, and he definitely met and exceeded them!Bill has been very responsive, patiently answering the many questions we had as first time home buyers. He was available by both email and text, usually responding within minutes at all hours of the day. And the day we submitted an offer, when time was of the essence since we were competing with another offer already on the table, he was up with us past midnight, helping us with the paperwork! Our offer ended up being formally accepted just two days later. (We bought in Contra Costa County.)In addition, Bill’s in-depth knowledge and expertise in the field is superb. In fact, when we were at one open house, he was explaining to us everything he noticed about the house, and another lady who was there overheard and started asking him questions to get his opinion on certain things, “because it sounds like you know your stuff,” she said.Throughout the process, we felt like Bill was taking good care of us, looking out for us, and offering solid recommendations. He was all there for each step of the way, even at the end when we went to sign. He made sure to flag for us things that we otherwise wouldn’t have known, be it related to taxes or insurance or home maintenance matters.At the end of the day, you need to go with someone you can trust, and Bill has proven himself to be extremely reliable, trustworthy, and easy to work with!

We had the pleasure of working with William this year as we navigated buying our first house. We were introduced to William by two of our friends, who both had great experiences working with him. From the initial meeting, William was professional, kind, and courteous. He listened to our needs, encouraged us to really figure out what things we wanted in our home.From the first house that we saw together, he impressed us with his vast amount of knowledge regarding the bare bones of a home, such as the foundation, sewer, plumbing, electrical, water heater, rot, and termite damage. He pointed out tiny details that a less experienced realtor would have missed, and evidenced his many many years of experience attending and learning from home inspections. He steered us away from many houses that looked appealing but would have been potential money pits down the road. His attention to detail, and his willingness to be fully honest and transparent made the whole process so much easier.He is not pushy at all, and was so patient with us, giving us the space and time we needed to figure out what we wanted. William has excellent communication skills and a great sense of humor, and every step of the way he always knew what was going on, and what needed to happen next. He made it a point to request and read disclosures alongside us, and would call us quickly to point out warning signs, and even small details so that we could make a more informed decision. During our home inspection, he knew exactly what each professional needed to look for, and supervised and scheduled it seamlessly. William is a very experienced, excellent realtor whom you can trust; he is on your side from day one. Thanks to William, we are the happy owners of our very first home. We heartily recommend him, and will be telling all of our friends about him.

Bill was extremely helpful, patient and kind throughout the whole process. He also gets business taken care of and gives you a ton of options on what you can and cannot do when it comes to negotiations. I didn’t realize how much back and forth there was going to be between me and the seller of my new home, but Bill made it easssssyyyyy. I had no concerns throughout the whole process and no stress from my first home buying experience. He was there with me every step of the way.
