Deborah was a snob and not welcoming last night and made sure to examine a black jacket that had the tags and receipt. I asked if there was a problem and she looked at my receipt and said I do not know what this writing at the top of my receipt is. I explained it was for me to know what card I used since my third brain surgery. It would be nice to walk in and be greeted warmly and acknowledge your presence. This is the third time I have gone in with my caregiver and the feeling is mutual. I have shopped with this brand since my legal counsel days before Raiders moved. Please find suitable managers who receive Disney like training who treat all customers the same regardless of look, race and disability

Do Not shop at this Black house white market store ! Tammy or Tami the manager has horrible customer service. I was going to spend 350.00 on a holiday outfit and she would Not hold it until Monday morning when they open that would of been 48 hrs. I wanted to use my holiday coupon that came with the holiday catalog but it wasn't valid till Monday! I'm a business woman myself and any of my managers would of said YES of course no problem. But oh No not Tammy idk how she spells her name. For a Manager of the store she LACKS customers service and personality in helping customers. The sale gals they work ever hard to help customers!!! But not TAMI !!! So ladies if you want good customer service and friendly sale gals. Go to either Walnut Creek or the Streets of Brentwood fabulous women and managers will help you with what ever you need. Not the Pleasanton Stone ridge Mall. Tammy you might want to practice on your management still and personality cause you just are a same to be a manager standing around not saying hello to the customers coming in. Very disappointing oh I had to give 1 star but this store deserves No Stars. Tammy should be fired as a manager she clearly is not up to the standards of being a GOOD manager to the customers or the Sale associates that work in this store

This is one of the best stores I go to the people that work there are lovely. Debbie is one of the best consultants I have ever had and she is the assistant manager at the store. She will help you pick out whatever you like , the dressing rooms are clean and neat there. Plenty of mirrors to see how you look but if you want an honest opinion, they're willing to give it to you which I personally appreciate . I would highly recommend going to the store. It is definitely for a 30 something woman or better

The store has called me multiple times offering me promos, inviting me to events at their store. I get a call today that I have a reward expiring soon. I call back asking if I can know what the reward is when it will expire. Keep in mind they had JUST called me saying I had a reward on my account. When asking if I can look up on the website, I over hear the manager say "I don't know." Wow. Super helpful. LolShe takes a moment to find out if she can help give me that information, she tells me she can. Then she looks me up and I over hear her manager tell her that I have to come in and verify my information because it's been awhile since I've been there. I was there about a year ago for my last purchase. You have all my account info. Lol. AND PLUS YOU GUYS JUST CALLED ME! Why even make phone calls to me if your not able to give me more details about my rewards etc, and my account, unless I physically come into the store ? Meanwhile you just reached out to me with my contact info on my account ! Makes no sense whatsoever. These phone calls are annoying. Next time I'll tell you all to just stop calling if I get another call.

Really good customer service provided by Tori. I think that was her name. She was unable to walk without the help of a walking aid, however she kept walking over from the front desk to the fitting room to ask me if I needed anything. She helped me pick this dress for a wedding at the golf course in San Ramon and I received many compliments.

I wish I could give a zero rating. But that's not possible. My daughter and I went into this store on a Saturday afternoon and we were the only two in the store. There were 3 sales associates at the counter talking, and not one acknowledged are presents. They were talking about how steady of a day they had and so on.. I looked around for a few minutes and we left. I thought that was very rude especially when the didn't have any customers at all. When we left the store they didn't even look up from the counter. My daughter who is only 12 said Mom did you get uncomfortable feeling in that store? I said yes I did. And her response was it was like that movie in pretty woman where nobody would help her!!! That's unfortunate because sales associate are the first representation of any retail store! I have shopped at other White House Black market stores and have never had this kind of experience before.

I went in looking for something for my daughter to wear for her graduation. At first glance, we didn't see anything and was about to walk out the store when one of the salesperson asked me if I needed any help. Without much hope, I said my daughter was looking for something green. OMG! Debbie and Tammy gave us so many options. Things we would have overlooked. They came with shirts, multiple dresses even some pants. Tammy even suggested some gorgeous earrings. When I mentioned my daughter had a Nickel allergy, Tammy looked up the earrings just make sure they were safe for my daughter to wear. Honestly this is not a store I frequent, but with the stellar customer service-I will be back. Just really nice ladies!!!

Horrible return policy-take your money elsewhere. Tried to return a gift with full tags attached and gift receipt, it was past 60 days so I wasn't allowed to exchange or receive store credit. I'll shop places with better customer service.

Absolutely love them. The manager Nicole is AMAZING. when I went in to do a return of items purchased online, the shoes I have been searching for that was sold out online WAS IN STORE IN MY SIZE! I am so very grateful. Love you guys

I prefer some other locations I've been to. Similar to other stores on my shopping trip today, I could barely find anything in XS/S that fit. Super disappointing and I'll probably stick to shopping online with this store from now on. Why two stars and not three? The one hook in my dressing room had been ripped off the wall and there was drywall on the floor. There were so many empty rooms available, but I was directed to the broken one.

Tried to EXCHANGE a pair of Pants that fit horribly and stretched out after wearing them 2 times and was denied due to purchasing them over 60 days ago! They do not stand behind their product (this has happenes to me before) and I feel they should have exchanged them. I will not do businness with them ever again

Where do I begin. Sometimes you want to dress down but not completely. This store is great for that type of wardrobe. They have very dressy to moderately business casual. Plus they are stylish. Don't be fooled at the more pricier items at the front--at the back towards the dressing rooms, there are racks of clothes on sale oftentimes. After I purchased like two shirts and a sweater I got rid of about 20 of my own articleanof clothing, realizing--my goodness--what juvenile wardrobe have I?
