They only have 1 teller working on Fridays and the rest of the week 2. I waited 25min for an easy deposit. There were only 2 people ahead of me. So slow!!!!!

Asking a merchant to step aside to help another merchant is just rude. Then complaining about the size of my deposit to the other teller who offered to help that you wouldn't allow. Who was just standing around. Why didn't he just take the other merchant. Guess I didn't need any change to run my business today. This branch should understand the staff shortages being the just reopened after being closed for months cause they didn't have enough people to work.

why has the customer service become so terrible? Use to be a good location? No longer is customer service a priority but just doing their job at a most basic level. Well ok, but sad that this NEW disposition is contagious and they all seem to behave this way. And go out of your way just an inch to help a customer that may need it after rushing from work to meet the new hours? DONT ENEN THINK ABOUT IT. COMPUTERIZED MENTALITY! The branches maybe need to consider original hours? Not sure what has gotten into them? Chase Bank, it seems has won in this area. As Usual. Wells Fargo= “Sorry can’t help” Is this what it has come to? Some Bank is going to start doing better with more Service and Grace!!! Gee! I do pray that they get better and consider themselves on the other side of the counter/glass/door.

I came to the bank and asked for a simple transaction. But inky Meneger can help. Meneger had a lunch. Had to make an appointment. Ok. Come again in hour and wait 40 min for service with appointment! And then she told that you need a 30-40 min more!! It’s really terrible! Don’t spend your time.

Understaffed branch. The times I have been there they have had a single teller servicing a line that would extend to the entrance. That said, employees were helpful and friendly.

I went to the branch after checking their hours on the website and the bank is closed - Due to Columbus Day! What a damn waste of time! UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE IF YOU ARE CLOSING! DON'T SHOW OPENING TIMES WHEN YOU ARE NOT OPEN! Have respect for people's time!

I'm sitting waiting for a personal banker to help me, meanwhile the 2 that are at this branch are sitting with customers having conversations with the people who they are supposed to be assisting, however the conversations have absolutely nothing to do with any banking issues. One is talking about learning to drive a motorcycle and "being scared about lane splitting" and the other is talking about car insurance. Absolutely no respect for the people who actually need to take care of an issue such as myself who needs a temp debit card. Never coming to this location again!..... it's been 20 minutes and not one person who works here has walked up to me...

I have been a wellsfargo customer for over 20 years. As of Friday May 19, I am no longer a customer. I will not set foot in that branch store again. All the bankers who are there to help, don't. Instead I get reasons why they can't help, and business cards thrown at me by managers who do 0. Even being a "preferred"customer, due to my assets, meant nothing. I had one banker tell me, "Alex, you're wasting you're time coming in here" you don't tell a customer that! I'm now looking for a new bank. Buyer beware. 0 customer service at this location.
