Luz here is incredible she is probably the best banker I’ve ever worked with in USA. She helped me navigate a difficult family case using power of attorney. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, caring and professional. She made sure to get all questions answered by people in different departments and she made sure in the future I would be able to navigate any issues easier.

I am a customer since 14 years with Wells fargo. But today while writing this I am highly disappointed since no one picks up the phone at this branch. I have made multiple efforts to reach out but no, either they are super busy or they just dont care!!

I saw several others comments about Mei C., so clearly I'm not the only one she was extremely rude to. What's her problem? Been going to many different Wells Fargos over the past 2 decades and I've NEVER experienced a teller as rude as her. So much for customer service. Unbelievable.

I had a very bad experience here. This happened on May 31st. I wanted to access two safe deposit boxes. I entered the bank at 4.45 and the bank closes at 5. There were about 8 people waiting before me. At 5 pm, one of the officers closed the doors and the customers already in line were being serviced. When it was my turn, the banker, Ms.Uma Krishnakumar, took my details. She asked me in a shocked manner "You want to access both of the safety deposit boxes? You know the bank is already closed right?". At that moment, I didn't realize that I don't owe her any explanation because I was in the line before the closing time. I still apologized for the delay unnecessarily. Now, once I finished working on my two safety deposit boxes, I was waiting for someone to help me with putting them back. Another lady banker, while getting the keys, was talking to her colleague, "She opened two boxes? Really?". When I showed my face, she stopped talking and came over. What kind of a service is this? Is this how you treat customers?

I was very disappointed by the lack of help I received today at this branch. I was struggling with a check deposit and I was told my the manager to "go to the check issuers bank to get it deposited or cashed". Even though Wells Fargo is my bank... I bank with you not the check issuers bank. They made no attempt to contact the other bank or the check issuer to try to help me. They just wanted me to go away and go somewhere else since they would have to put in a little extra work to get this check deposited. Then they threatened to charge my account for insufficient funds if we attempted to put a hold on the check and see if it went through. How is it my fault as your customer that the check issuers bank/ check isn't depositing properly? Very disappointed and considering changing banks over this whole experience.

Long a$$ line, only 3 tellers and they just opened 20 min ago. When you ask to withdraw a high amount of money Mei Chiu (manager) tried to say they didn't have enough money until we spoke louder demanding our own money...then it magically it appeared. Then after, clearly in spite, the teller told us to wear a mask. No other customer was wearing a mask, they were just being petty. We were just visiting this city for the car show, this bank clearly lacks professionalism and proper management. There are empty cashier windows, desks...for what??? HIRE MORE PEOPLE. The line is now to the front door. Ridiculous. The teller (Punam) is now trying to be nosey and ask what we're buying and literally just said "it's for your OWN SAFETY with you own money why we ask what it's for..." WTF is she talking about? It's our money not the banks. Crooks. Wells Fargo screwed everyone over in 2008, our money is not safe in their hands.
