Customer service is very poor and customers are harassed by an Indian girl employee. A customer was trying to pay at self check out and girl eve. Said to her that she felt hurassed.

very bad service, more so if it is customer service, I returned an item six days ago and the money has not been refunded, I go in person to ask and there is no one to answer, they always say it is closed, I will never return to this place

Close to home, clean, not too busy, large parking lot, open late.
You can also get organic goods from there at a lower cost than other stores (if you are into organic goods)

I mean it's a Wal-Mart, don't look for much in the customer service dept. Cuz you won't get it. But, you can really save some money on your canned goods, frozen food, and medicines. I personally do not purchase meat, produce, or dairy from here.

They were low on several items I like such as 100 calorie muffins and 4 pack individual cottage cheese. I wish they had a better selection of fruit and vegetables. Prices are better than most other grocery stores.

They have everything you need. Customer service is bad. Beware it’s an African guy going around labeling people as thief’s and following them around. Even went as far as getting a manager to come to the store from home to check my receipt. She notice wasn’t no stealing and let me go about my way. Conclusion, will not shop at that particular neighborhood Walmart. To think that a person can come to our country on a work visa and make it seem like everyone that is black is a thief. Pretty strange knowing that he’s a minority, making accusations. Horrible experience never again.

My review is prompted by how upper management instructs their "drones" to manage customers. I only shop at store 3509 at 11755 Beechnut St. Houston, Tx. 77072 because it is within a mile of my home. I prefer to check out my own groceries, and have been doing so at this store for the past 10 years. Several times I have had store employees come over and "let me help you" and start grabbing my items and run them over the scanner while I get to watch! (They think I'm slow and helpless bc I'm 73.) Today I filled my basket and went to checkout and a store clerk directed me from self service to one of the two open assisted checkouts. Both with a wait, while several of the self check outs were empty. After waiting in a slow line I decided to go back to self check out and do it as I am accustomed, check my items myself. I had just started scanning my items when the same clerk informed me that this self checkout was for 10 items or less. Funny, I see no signs to this effect. I've used the self checkout for 10 years and never knew this! "It's the store Managers Policy". (she replied) Well needless to say I was not taking NO for an answer today. I completed my checkout of 31 items after asking to see the Manager, Anthony. (who never came) Leaving the dirty work to little girls on the "front". I left the store disgusted with the entire situation and the attitudes I had to contend with trying to reach the "Manager". I called Corporate as well. We will see what happens. And BTW the self checkouts DO NOT have a limit or policy of 10 items. If they're open, Use Them!!! Overall rating of this store with the "Beggars" in front, "Scammers" inside wanting baby formula, the "Grazing" of the inventory, employee attitudes, they are lucky to get 2 stars! Yes I Will drive the extra 6 miles or so to avoid this retail disaster, next time!

I frequently visit this Walmart, as it's conveniently located just 4 to 5 blocks away from my residence. The store's overall setup is clean and well-organized, and I appreciate how they've condensed the size of a traditional Walmart into a neighborhood grocery store. There's even another Walmart located approximately half a mile away, which I refer to as the "actual" Walmart. Here at this local Walmart, I can find most grocery items at competitive prices, although they may not always be the best deals. However, I do appreciate the convenience of shopping here, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. One unique aspect of this store is their heavy utilization of self-checkout lanes. Out of 10 lanes, 8 of them are designated for self-checkout, and it's great to see that most customers know how to operate them efficiently. This helps to minimize wait times and ensures a smooth shopping experience for everyone.

This is my "go-to" grocery store. For a smaller grocery store, the selection is appropriate, and the prices can't be beat. The staff is friendly and helpful.
