Our family has been using this pharmacy for many years. We have been very satisfied with their service. This past year we have had some unforeseen medical issues. I need the community to know how compassionate and helpful the staff has treated us. They are truly the most communicative, organized team you want by your side !

Overall no complaints so far, while I don't pick up my meds here, they were the first available place to offer me Covid shots for my mom and me and hence I've gotten 3 out 4 shots here while my mom has gotten all her Covid shots here even as a walk-in which is a huge blessing since many places require one to set up an actual appointment. The pharmacist and technicians overall have all been patient and welcoming.

Pretty nice Walmart. I thought it was a super center, but it's not. It still does the job and they have a majority of items one would look for. The store was pretty tidy and in order. I will definitely return, especially since it's only 1 mile from my home.

Perhaps it's unfair of me to have preconceived notions of how Walmart functions or operates, but I will admit that my tendency to think of Walmart as less than top of the line definitely contributed to the degree of my astonishment when their pharmacy went above and beyond to help me. I have nothing but kind words about Nancy, the pharmacist who helped me. I was prescribed a new medication by my doctor that happened to be a tier three or four medication according to Blue Cross meaning that it was going to cost me upwards of $300 unless I got prior authorization which I was told takes about 7 to 10 days. Being somewhat desperate I was willing to pay the $300- $400 the first month and then attempt to get prior authorization for future months. To my surprise their pharmacist Nancy worked with my doctor to obtain that prior authorization in time for my pickup of my medication. They ordered it on Friday and I picked it up on Monday and by that point I found myself paying only $15 for a medication that was quoted at $353. I was bummed that I didn't get a chance to meet Nancy and thank her personally, she was the pharmacist who left a voicemail on my phone explaining the situation on Saturday, but I couldn't be happier with the service and thoughtfulness of someone who had never met me. Nothing but good things to say about Walmart's pharmacy.

I'm going to give it four stars due to the fact that Oliver and Rhona go above and beyond to help their customers. Customer service these days are at an all time low. There are so many entrepreneurs that these businesses don't really have employees and are extremely overwhelmed. I went there today to return some items I purchase online. When I got there it was around 4pm and customer service was closed. I have attached photos. There was nothing on Google or the company website informing me of this problem prior to arriving. Not only that, I had started the process of my return online. I definitely didn't want to come back a second day in a row risking coming outside. I went to the back and there was a heavy set African American man with glasses who could tell I was clearly in distress (I'm 8.5 months pregnant) he came up to me very friendly and offered me assistance. I explained to him my problem and he found Oliver. Oliver was a bald man I'm not sure his nationality but a manger of some sort. He went above and beyond to help me. He had the assistant manager Rhona do my return for me. Although she did it as a no receipt when I did have one and I have to call in and fix that issue, I appreciate they didn't make me come back another day. They store is a bit messy and I'm sure it's due to lack of staffing, however you can tell they're trying really hard. I appreciate everyone they had working today. Customer service is a monster business, and I appreciate them. Oh yeah, the store could use some deep cleaning. It stinks in there. Makes me scared to eat at the McDonalds. Lol.

Walmart Pharmacy in Rosewood, Pleasanton has been my pharmacy eversince we found work in Pleasanton. Thanks goes to the pharmacist named Nancy... she's very kind and compassionate. She gives consultations in a way that you feel she meant you to be well and not the usual robotic style of giving advices I have experienced in the past from other pharmacies. Last week, when I picked up my eardrops prescription, she was really apologetic when she informed me of the high price my prescription have. That alone told me she really cares. It's one very rare trait in the giant world of retail nowadays. Please keep doing your great job and thanks again!

Here it is Saturday afternoon and there’s no one available to give prescriptions. All the staff go to lunch at the same time, leaving no one at the window to provide medications to customers. Matter of fact, they closed the iron gate as well, every time they go to lunch. There are customers sitting here waiting to pickup their medications. This is really bad customer service. I will start getting my prescriptions filled at CVS or Walgreen, where there is always someone available. This is not the first time this has happened. Horrible.

Recently, I have found that at least half of all Walmart employees are really from the bottom of the barrel. It seems like helping customers with "Walmart Pay" is above their pay grade. It ALWAYS takes asking 3-6 employees to help me use their own app! TWO different stores even had managers that DID NOT KNOW how to work the app. What is the point of using the app at all? Walmart! Pathetic! This store took three employees that did not know how to use their app. I wanted to use their app to get my receipt posted to my phone instead of a paper receipt but I wanted to pay cash instead of my credit card. I have not used cash and the app together yet. Neither had anyone at this store. I left with my paper receipt and it was not posted to my phone. Heaven forbid the manager and (OMG) the cashiers learn to use their app! Walmart...teach your employees how to use the app. I feel like a broken record. I have said this same thing to other Walmart's.- WTF???

The worst pharmacy on the planet. They can't find your prescription. They rarely have the medication ready for you and they make you wait forever to get them and sometimes they ask you to come back the next day to get them
