People are so harsh on Walmart stores! This retailer operates at low prices and caters to a very specific low income or cost savings seeking type of customer. This is not Target folks, the aisles aren't going to look high end nor is it always going to look organized and tidy but that's what you get when you shop at a place like this.Sure it's not the prettiest store to look at and things are often misplaced, but for what it is I think its a great store with really hard working staff just trying to do their job and make a living. I've seen customers give the staff here a lot of attitude and in my opinion it's unjustified. Working retail is VERY difficult especially during the holidays, please be respectful to the workers at all Walmarts, this is a hard job and people are just trying to get by.I came to this location for Christmas decorations in their garden area. They have low prices for ornaments all things considered. The stuff here isn't the greatest quality however it's simple and stocked enough.This location has plenty of parking! They have a very tiny produce section though I wish they would expand the fresh food section.The man in the front that checks your receipt is a ray of sunshine by the way, you just cant be sad when you see him smile and wish you a happy holidays, and he means it when he says it too. That man deserves the best!

I purchased set of 4 tires on Nov 8 for Black Friday . My schedule appointment. Was Nov 21 at 9:00am . I arrived at 8:35am and park at tire slot. They had two slots and they were working on a car and the other slot was empty . Someone from auto dept came to me with very bad attitude. He started yelling at me to move my car and to park at customer lot and I ask him do you needed to scan my barcode, but again he very obnoxious. I felt I didn't need to be spoken with his demeanor.

This is the worst Walmart. No one answers the phone and the returns dept had the longest line. It's right in front of the store. Can't find a manager. Staff is rude and the line was too long for one person to handle.

Took my disabled friend to this store to clothes shop. No electric carts available, used to have three. All sizes of clothes were mixed into each section. Juniors, women's and plus were scattered all over the cloying department! Wasted so much time and gave my friend so much pain due to poor stocking & signage.One star for quality & affordability of the clothing.

Manager came and ignore the employee and ignored customers asking to send help to help the employee out. Another employee I guess manager said she didn't want to help and they left the young lady by themselves with a line out the door and customers complaining. These managers should be fired this is why employees are unhappy and get burnt out.

This store used to be nice. It was clean and staffed with people who cared Not that way anymore. After waiting in thr outdoors section for 25 min. to not get helped I finally tracked down the store manager to see if she could help me get my fishing license. Well she then tells me the machine is down and no one is in that section because they have 13 people on staff. I got the feeling there was no one on staff that knows how to work in sports outdoors instead of the machine is broke. There are rodent traps and the store is generally dirty. Shelfs is disarray, packages opened . All the manager can also seem to respond with in conversation is sorry sir . Shop at your own risk and wash what ever ya might buy ya never know what might have been crawling on it.

This place has gone down. Two ladies walked by and I asked them where the damp rid was. They looked at me and walked away. A guy who was with them apologized for their lack of customer service skills and took me right to it. The guy who helped me was great, those two ladies should be given their two checks. Then, I go to pay for my items and no cashiers. They want you to check out yourself and.....NO BAGS. I don't see any reason to come back here.

I was looking for something, and I was having a hard time finding it. I did what anyone would do: find an employee. The first one I found said, "There is someone else over there," She looked like she didn't want to work there. I didn't see anyone where she was pointing. I eventually found another worker who was in an argument with a customer! They were literally yelling at each other! The employee never ended up answering my question. Genuinely, I'm shocked to see such terrible employment here!

Curbside pickup sucks. I arrived Walmart at 9:45pm, and the app notified them I was here. I had been waiting for my order over 30 minutes in my car, but no one came out. My wife went in to check, and they said the curbside pickup was closed at 10pm. They also said the responsible person disappeared or might leave early, and some customers had waited for an hour outside too.

Worst Walmart I have been to. Ordered TWO photos at the one hour print. As it was time to pick up, waited for about 30 minutes and not one associate around. Asked around 3-4 employees for help. No one ever came over to assist. Tried calling Walmart on the phone Walmart phone number 4 times and each time it range for 5 minutes with no answer. Two customers already gave up after waiting 20 minutes before us. Have no seen one employee in the photo / electronic section. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE GOING FOR ELECTRONICS OR PHOTOS, GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE!!!! Unless you don't mind waiting around for 60-90 minutes to get help and possibly be told you'll have to wait longer. Good luck all my fellow Walmart shoppers UPDATE!!!! Finally got someone to help and comes to find out the photo printer was out of paper all morning because no one working knows how to work the printer . So an hour + of waiting for a sorry.

Worst management, and Worst Walmart I've ever been to! Waiting for 45 minutes to pick up the two pictures that we ordered an hour in advance as it advertised. The entire time waiting with another group of people for pictures, not one employee including the supervisor we found out later who walked by and basically ran away asked if we needed help. Myself and the other people waiting kept asking for help just to be told "I called someone". This is all the managers fault and no one else's, you are responsible for handling and WORKING to help people. This manager we saw just standing on his phone and telling us "oh I'll send someone." 45 minutes later when someone came (the manager could have to whole time) the printer was out of paper. We went back to the manager and he said "I have someone filling it". I mean do you do anything to help or work with your team, you fill the paper. There are upset customers who's orders they placed two days in advance were "lost" and this poor employee has no help. The manager I know was made aware by us alone three times yet never showed to help the staff. Instead was literally sitting on his phone in an isle giving snarky remarks. Come on Walmart, promote the hard workers! This tall lazy guy manager who is lucky I didn't get his name was horrible and I feel bad for the staff. Do better Walmart!

I ordered tires for my car to be installed by Walmart when they came in. I got a notice saying that they were in and I had an appointment for 1 o'clock to have them installed. At 11 o'clock I received a text saying that my appointment has been canceled due to parts. My tires were there, so I had no idea what they were talking about. I tried for 30 minutes to get through to someone in the store, and it just rang and rang and rang. Finally someone in the pharmacy answered because I had tried every other extension available, and she tried to get a manager to answer, and no manager would answer. Then I get an email telling me to call to reschedule my appointment.!? How would I call to reschedule my appointment when NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE?! It's about 15 miles from my home so now evidently I'll have to waste my time and gas to go cancel my order since I've since gone elsewhere to get tires!

Walmart has decided to place anything of value behind locked cases. However when you wish to purchase an item store employees are impossible to find and when I did they did have a key. It feels much like visiting the walking dead to deal with their employees.

I always want to keep giving this Walmart a chance to redeem itself because let's face it- the prices are what keeps me shopping here. Now I am officially DONE. COUNTLESS times, the customer service is just horrible. I've used curbside shopping and at least 4 times I have waited more than 30 mins for my order. I have called Walmart customer service number and I NEVER get an associate. I just end up waiting and waiting until when Im about ready to leave, here they come out. Another time I checked in online (within the curbside time frame) and I waited. It was getting late so I went inside. I had a broken foot so I was on crutches. I went to the back of the store and the store associate was so rude when I asked him about my order. He said it was after hours and he couldn't help me. I told him I checked in before the hour was up. The Walmart app allowed me to check in. He said fine I'll get your order. He then asked me where was my cart. I asked him if he can please take my order outside to the car since there was no way I can push my cart out because I was on crutches. Clearly I had to explain this to him. He proceeded to give me attitude and huffed about it and eventually took my order outside. Tonight was just the last straw. I placed a delivery order for the time frame between 3-4on. It is now 7:36on. I have called Walmart more than a dozen times. I got hung up on twice by an associate. All the other times it would just ring and then eventually just hang up. I will NEVER shop at this Walmart or any other one ever again. I will gladly spend a little more money for better customer service and save myself the stress. RIDICULOUS.
