They close the office before 5pm. I have been here twice and found that the office is closed way before their closing time

I talked to local post mailman about sending a laptop to the Philippines he said yes you can. Whn I went into this local post office the lady was rude look Indian saying we don't ship laptops to the Philippines with a rude voice. Very unprofessional. And again I just ask another mail person 5 minutes ago and she said yes you can. The lady at the post office should get fired for lying.

Our 8 kindergarten kids were so excited to walk to this post office to buy stamps and mail their letters. However, when the staff saw the kids lining up, they asked us to go somewhere else! We tried to explain that the kids are learning money and we could wait, but they didn't want to serve us. We end up getting stamps for the kids. The kids and our teachers were all very disappointed! Kids are customers too! It's discrimination to deny us service!

I went to this post office before they open at 9:30am. The stamps can be purchased at a machine which is a good feature.

Worthless people unable to assist with anything at this post office. They have horrible attitudes and aren't friendly. Stay away.

While standing in line, employee told me to take my package to the lobby machine. I did as she asked, but the device wasn't working properly & didn't provide me with a receipt for my package. I had to lift the heavy box & carry it back to the line, where I waited for the next available clerk. Wasted my time, had to carry the box back & forth, no apology was given for the inconvenience, which didn't need to happen.

As a Dublin/Pleasanton resident, I've used this post office a handful of times and I'm mostly satisfied with the service. Employees are quite efficient and quick at their jobs from what I've experienced. Lily is always great and provides great customer service, always polite and helpful. There's one woman (name I haven't retained) who sometimes works alongside her that could use a course on how to kindly speak to customers, she always seems to have a /demanding/rude tone about her when answering basic questions. Why take your stresses out on polite and paying customers? I choose to go with whoever ELSE is there because just speaking to her gives me anxiety.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location today and will probably not be returning again. I've come here other times and this particular representative by the name of "Karen" was rude, but this time her behavior was unacceptable. I was at her station taping up my box getting ready to ship it. There was no one else in the line at the time so I quickly tried to tape my box up, and in the middle of me taping my package she tells me to "MOVE!! You're in the way." That is not the way you speak to a customer. I wouldn't have minded her telling me to step aside, but straight up yelling at me to move was out of line and I will be reporting her to corporate. UNACCEPTABLE!

I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. They were very helpful in helping me select the right stamps to use for my wedding invitations. Excellent and efficient customer service!
