Recently, I went to a store to return an Amazon product that I had accidentally purchased. When I arrived, there was a woman with short hair who was rude the entire time. She humiliated me throughout the process.
I asked her to process the return, and she told me that I needed to put the items in a bag. So, I purchased a bag from the store, even though I already had a box with me. I placed the two items in the box, but then she said I needed to tape the box. I apologized and explained that I didn't have any tape with me, so I paid $2.99 for them to tape it for me.
Afterward, she told me, "I will monitor my cameras, and if you come here again like this, I will not return your item." I'm not sure what the problem was —I paid for the tape and bought an envelope from them to put my return items in.
She was incredibly rude and arrogant. I believe UPS should consider firing her; l've never encountered someone so unpleasant before.

I am surprised at some of the reviews. Shawn and his team are always friendly and polite and so helpful. I have been using this place for more than 10 years and every time he has been extremely friendly.

I went here to use notary services. Lady called Maria helped me very reluctantly. She greeted me saying we don’t do notary after 6pm and it is 6:03..
I was patient and glad that she was still helping me but the time I was there she told me 3 times that I should have come before 6.
I wasn’t aware of the time and I wasn’t getting this done for free…
Avoid going here if you can. There is no customer service concept here.

This place has employees (Kiera - I may have name wrong) who selectively and subjectively call out customers to use the kiosk to return Amazon items while they will help out others themselves. There were folks before me when the kiosk was empty but they selectively picked up from the line asked me to return using the kiosk. Since it was my first time there, it ended up wasting a lot of my time. The entire que of customers finished their return while I was left packaging in clear bags and labelling all my stuff myself . When I asked them, they said that I had the maximum stuff to return. Clearly shows their intent to duck work. Shaun- you really need to see this and make some changes.

I adore the UPS store located on Santa Rita Blvd in Pleasanton primarily due to its exceptional employees. The team there is unfailingly friendly and incredibly helpful.

I had some trouble with an
Amazon return and the UPS store employees seemed more knowledgeable about the entire process than amazon customer service. I really appreciate the friendly and patient staff at this location. Thank you!

Zero customer service or provide assistance. Asked for help and the response I got is "this is not rocket science" with a shake of head. If you are good at "rocket science" - then use that skill to help the customer - thats common sense!!
Now I have learned "rocket science" - i can use it at other UPS stores and avoid this one at all cost.

I went to this place today afternoon in hurry to make sure I reach there before their closing time at 5PM on Saturday. I reached there 10 minutes before that time. I saw the door was locked and I couldn't enter. There were 3 customers inside. I thought I can still enter before 5PM when someone gets out. By the time I entered, the lady at counter (name tag Kierra) said they are already closed and that's why she locked the door. I can understand if she locked the door at 5PM or even if there were too many customers inside which they can't handle in 15 minutes or so. But never expected them to close it 10 to 15 minutes before that time. Too bad I waited for someone to get out. Otherwise I had enough time to go to another UPS store who doesn't follow such bad business practice. I will avoid this place going forward.
All I had was something scan and drop off. It would have taken 5 seconds max. But I had to take the package home. Will have to drive to another store tomorrow.
No wonder this place has the worst review for UPS stores in Pleasanton.

the owner or manager whatever he is, he is not in service mind. Every encounter with him makes me unpleasant. Seriously if you need a serious help, go to other UPS nearby. this place is just for dropping off.
