Google said this place opens at 8 but it’s 9-6 M-F . Misleading as this is important for someone who needs to access accurate store hour due to work schedule

Store hours are not correct. Closed on Sundays and no day of the week are they open until 10pm.

Went to this location today after reading the positive reviews of other customers. I was told by the attendant behind the desk that this location just scans UPS boxes and the service would be slower than going to a UPS store since the packages are picked up by UPS only once a day from this location. Also that the packages have to be ready to go. My box needed to be taped down so I brought it back and will be going to the UPS store tomorrow.

my husband and I have been to this store multiple times. Every time, the customer service has been superb. Much better than any other UPS store in Pleasanton. They even do passport photos and are super quick. Took only 7 minutes from asking the lady if they do the photos to walking out with my photos.

Very rude customer service, lady in the front turned us away when trying to drop off ups boxes said they don’t have any room.
