The manager Bonny is probably the best type of manager you could ever have to encounter when asking for assistance in a retail environment. Nice, friendly, professional, empathetic, and takes her authority/position very seriously. I tried making a return at a different store because I don't live next to this location, but I wasn't able to do it through the app, which I had no idea of until I was at the counter with everything ready to go. The store I tried to return it at was finally able to get a phone for this Uniqlo at stone ridge, and I called to see if there was a way they could possibly look up my receipt before the 30 days got closer. Bonny was the one who answered and took it very seriously even though it was something very minor she didn't HAVE to involve herself in. She went above and beyond by apologizing and said she wanted to "offer good customer service to you for this inconvenience". She texted me a picture of her business card and told me to let her know when I went to a location to return and she would talk to them personally to assist in an exception based return, as we could not locate the receipt. I have NEVER had a retail manager treat me so respectfully and be involved so closely to help with something so simple. I definitely want to give her her well deserved flowers in this instance and recognize how graceful she handled my random request. It is not often ppl can experience store managers who are so good at what they do at THIS level. Thank you again to Bonny! Although I could have just taken the L and accepted an exchange for something, she made sure that I knew she was trying hard to find my receipt. Since she couldn't, she helped me from afar to get a FULL refund with just my proof of purchase on my uniqlo app. Absolutely insane and amazing. I am so appreciative.

I love the clothes at Uniqlo. They go with everything and the store is organized. I've purchased a vest, pants, jackets, underwear, pajamas, sweaters and other merchandise here. I love their selection of clothing here. The self check out is pretty cool too. It automatically checks you out when you're near the check out counter. I hope this location stays once the mall turns into a mixed use property. Uniqlo is a good store with reasonable prices.

i didnt pick up my online order so they should have refunded me but a few months later I’m checking my credit card statements and see they never did. be careful!

Very 1st time shop this name brand, Clothes here were nice fashion with quality workmanship and fair prices. Today, I here to exchanged some gift clothes for a better fit, cashier-Yang was professional & friendly, My exchange was mainly size down or color changes, it wasn't as I expected =equal exchange but was processed as return & buy " that makes a lost of $ 68 in dollar amount. Still, this a good store to shop "quality clothes" Yes, I 100% recommended this business.

Amazing clothes and pretty decent customer service compared to other retail stores. -1 star for the return policy. They are a bit strict just a heads up, but some of the customers I've seen there in line are big babies. Just show the receipt and the tags and they'll give you the return. The stories of excuses I hear are hilarious sometimes.

Clothes: 5/5 Service: 3/5 (average) Store: 4.5/5 Uniqlo clothes are undeniably some of the best value, highest quality items you can buy. If you've never checked them out, I highly recommend it. Customer service has been pretty average every time I've been in there, so nothing to complain about on that end. The store itself is tidy, everything is where it belongs, and looks neat. I've never returned anything so I can't speak for their return policy (I know there are a lot of complaints), but definitely a store to check out when looking for clothes.

Uniqlo used to have great pants, sweaters, hoodies and sweat pants. Uniqlo was my go to for these items. Now it doesn't matter what time of year it is they are always out of stock of the items I liked. Uniqlo needs to adequately stock their stores and warehouses. Why email me a promo for products which are unavailable? Uniqlo should also increase selection so you dont have to chose from the same dismal selection of drab colors. Their colors used to be better but now its awful; guess it doesn't matter they are always out of stock of everything I want to buy.

Ridiculous management. They touted in their app that if you want something right away, you can order it online and choose the store where you can pick it up in under 2 hours. I bought something online because my coupon I got from them only works online. I chose this Stoneridge store because it offers In-Store pick up. I also chose Pay In Store in less than an hour. The clothes that I ordered, I literally tried them on in the store so they were available there. Well guess what? When I paid in the store and asked for the merchandise that I could be literally holding, I was told by the "manager" that I have to wait for an "email confirmation". What d*** policy when in their app it says under "Order & Pick" - "Get the product you want in-store, even if it's out of stock online." Someone has missing brain cells somewhere in there.

A little bit on the pricy side, and the staff aren’t that great either. However, the clothing itself does have decent quality. Two stars for the quality of clothes, but I recommend going to a different location.
