10/16/202311:41amJust got off the phone with some female associate by the name of "Dorain" or "Loraine" or something like that, I kept asking about her name, then she started to act like she couldn't "hear me" I asked if I can speak to a "Manager" she got really silent, then says "Caller can you hear me or your gona have to call some other time." I need to speak to a manager, I've left 2 voicemails already asking about making a payment, I was qualified for "EDD" but it's not much help when "Uncle Credit Union Associate's" keep hanging up on you just cuz your asking for a "Mananger" make no mistake about it folks, some of the folks they be highering be mad disrespectful and not on their toes to help you work with payment options, the majority of these people work around the clock to have your new vehicle TOWED, makes them twice as ratchet because it can easily be avoided, patience is not a part of their nature, I even told them it's ok if they want to hit me with a fee cuz my car payment was due on the 6th of this month so I'm 10 days late on this month's payment, may I please speak to a Mananger who can help me with this payment to go thru, and NOT HANG UP ON ME. ??

I was there last week with my wife to set up a checking account for her Auto Loan payment and they were super friendly and helpful. Everything was fast and easy. It's a pleasure do business with this great Credit Union. Thank you for all your services.

Customer service is a joke. Fees for every transaction. They make you jump through hoops to pay an auto loan and charge you to pay your own loan.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Christina has the worst customer service skills I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Also Anthony B. is as d*** as he looks. I had to go there on 5 different occasions just to complete an auto loan. All of them are weasels.

She handed me her business card and spoke with such sureness. I was there to get clarification about a detail on my auto loan, and Annie made this strong, helpful impression on me. That was a month or more ago. Yesterday Annie came through, patiently working with me to get me to this turning point to save money, and providing a high level of customer service while enabling me to get approval on a loan that spares me paying any more high interest. As a kid, I started saving with a credit union; they exist for members not shareholders like at banks. I'd never heard of UNCLE, thankfully the finance team @WinnKia found UNCLE for me when I chose the Kia Soul. There's a long term relationship ahead for me and UNCLE Credit Union. A really good one!

I have been banking here for 10 years... Recently I have been working with this credit union to keep up with my payments. I was told that as long as I make a payment before March 1st, 2020 that I would not have to worry about my credit being damaged or reported 31 days late. I called Saturday February 29th 2020, However because their "Late Payment" department was closed..... They REFUSED to take a payment, and now my credit was dinged and has since dropped 40 pts. How is it my fault your credit union cannot process payments on a saturday? And why does payment require 2 different departments? When I called again to resolve the issue they tell me its my fault because it was already late, and I even spoke their collection manager but was told that they are "Unwilling" to fix it. They dont keep their promises, and 90% of the time I call them they transfer me to a department that goes straight to voicemail. Even when I express concern and my experience with their transfers.... All they had to do was tell me to make a payment before the weekend..... because their collection department is closed.... or just fix what already happened. They neglected to do either..

I just recently refinanced two properties with Uncle Credit Union. I was more than pleased with the service of Cesar Cruz who was the mortgage Loan Officer I was working with. I've had previous experiences in the past with other lending institutions so I was familiar with the process. The difference with Cesar is I found him diligent, expeditious, and always available for any concerns or questions I had, putting me at ease. He is equally very personable and I am grateful for having worked with him. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a loan. Leslie Walker-Smith

I have never hated a bank/credit union whatever you want to call it as much as this. I would never in 1,000,000 years be your customer again and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Every time I call to make my payment I am greeted with attitude and rudeness. My email is filled with BS spam from them and I have never once received an electronic statement despite having asked and supposedly gone through the process with them multiple times. I cannot stand this company. This 1* is being generous trust me if I could give a big fat 0 that would still be too much.

Used to be a really great local credit union, but not anymore. I’m not one to watch male/female staff ratios, but after dealing with their new assistant manager today, Wahid Arghandiwal, and not in a good way, it occurred to me and I am now of the opinion that they could have easily filled this management position from within with one of the women that have worked there long term and made it so inviting, but instead the branch kept and has only women in the lower paying jobs and two men in the higher paying jobs, including this assistant manager who’s only been there six months and makes up policies on the fly that don’t exist in writing. In my opinion, It’s clear the female staff fears him as he made me feel very uncomfortable and I don’t even work for him. I will probably switch banks as I don’t want to ever question if I’m being treated a certain way being a female nor can I support how their lower paid female staff is treated. The women have been the backbone of this branch for all the years I’ve been banking there, but Uncle chose not to promote from within and in my view has allowed this rogue assistant manager to treat female employees horribly and some customers, like myself, too with his made up policies that I think only exist in his own mind and probably only for female members. Very sad.
