I reached out to Mark as the branch manager for help with an issue with my closing. Mark was unresponsive to emails and calls. My closing was delayed on the admitted part of the lender. Mark and his team did not take steps to make things right. Instead I was forced to pay additional fees for an extended rate lock as his team needed more time to finalize the loan.
