Got spacious, clean and neat room, front desk person at the check in was friendly, nice housekeeper. Room had basic amenities and kitchenette with stove top and sink. Stores and eateries nearby.Safety: Located in nice area.

Have been staying there when I travel north for business. I really enjoy that I can get a room with a private patio or balcony for a reasonable price. My favorite part of staying here is the fabulous Mexican restaurant next door.

This place is an over priced piece of crap. They are kicking my friend out for "public dunkeness". Did anyone approach him on the grounds to verify that he was drunk??? He has had a stroke and a concussion recently and isn't very steady on his feet and walks slowly to not fall. Next time you accuse someone of being drunk, how about you approach him to make sure he is okay before making assumptions.There are cars in the back that have obviously been there forever because all of them had flat tires, an inch of dirt on them and were packed to the ceiling with someone's belongings.

I stayed over Labor Day Weekend 2023, my second stay here. For me Tri Valley Inn is a sort of hidden gem: very reasonable price, super location near Old Downtown Pleasanton and the Fairgrounds, and spacious suite with range and fridge. Yes it's not much to look at from the outside, but the rooms are very nice on the inside. As an Indian food lover a big plus is having a very good Indian restaurant right on the grounds. (There's another good Indian restaurant a block away.)My check-in was entirely smooth. The Wi-fi is easy to connect to and has all the speed I need. Honestly I don't understand the haters.

The Staff is Friendly, but this place is too expensive for the low quality of the buildings. Don't let the pool or coffee machine fool you. Ive stayed here over the last 4 years and it progressively gets worse. The roof in the bathroom leaked during the storm. Let management know. No offer of discount or rectify the situation. Keys locked me out of my room before check out. If you are an Apprentice , go to the Extended stay.

Pros: immaculately clean; quiet; coffee make; mini fridge; shower was hot with good pressure and adjustable head.Room for improvement: provided soap and shampoo were terrible; pool had not been skimmed and was covered with leaves (we cleaned it with the available net); mattress was poor quality; top sheet on bed smelled like fabric softener; one towel had a stain.

The front desk staff were very friendly. I loved my room, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom is absolutely amazing! This inn was very quiet, and the surrounding businesses were convenient such as Trader Joe's, Target, etc. I would highly recommend staying here.Sincerely,Blake H.

We have been staying here every Labor Day weekend for the last 7 years and always love it. Judy, the evening staff leader, was especially kind and helpful.
