“Fantastic experience with these guys. I just moved to Pleasanton and then my transmission went out. I have a good friend in Modesto who owns a transmission shop. I called them to ask if the price I was given from Pleasanton Transmission was reasonable. He told me that it was actually surprisingly low, and I needed to be sure that everything was included. It turns out that everything was indeed included. Very fair prices, and they seem to have done a great job with my transmission repair!
The owner came to me afterwards and shook my hand and thanked me for my business.
No complaints whatsoever and their professionalism made a really bad situation a lot more tolerable.”
“Ray is knowledgeable, direct, honest, and fast. Not the qualities you would find in a lot of repair shops. He reassured me that some of the "problems" I came to him with are not worth spending money on, and gave me a good account of things that were actually wrong with the car. He finished earlier than expected, too. This is a one-man shop, which has its pros and cons, but I recommend this place overall.”
