Came to bulk buy for a Fourth of July party. I came in with my husband, who had his ID. Yes we are visibly under 30, but do not at all look younger than our ages. Which are 25 and 26, about to be 26 and 27. We are parents of two and clearly look old enough to drink. They refused to let us buy alcohol because I alone did not have my ID. Yes I saw the sign that said no minors and absolutely no one under the age of 21. They told us it was nothing personal when they allowed a lady right before us purchase alcohol with her children by her side. It most definitely was personal. They should not have sold to the lady in front of us if they were going to refuse us like that- they broke the policy for her but not us? They lost out on a big purchase we were about to make. I have never had this issue literally anywhere else we have gone.

It's always a pleasure shopping at Total Wine, I had the pleasure of talking to John Gannon,and Ashley today they were very helpful and knowledgeable. As always my buddy Jay the cashier was awesome and Steve grabs things for me when they are empty on the shelves....I truly enjoy all the folks who work there.

Great prices ... I had a great experience with the floor staff and the cashier. I was offered help that I needed 3 times just as I thought about asking for it ? ... BTW they are now offering THC infused soft drinks and gummies !
