Same as below. Always closed even when it says open. Pretty disappointing. Only try your chance on a weekend, otherwise you'll waste your time.

While I love the merchandise in the store, the employee customer service is far from acceptable. The Pleasanton Store is never open, the workers are always on break. I called to verify when the break would be and no one picked up. I then checked in and per the sign, was there 2 minutes before they reopened. Since I saw someone inside I knocked on the window and was scolded to never knock on the window and how rude that was. I tried to explain I was in a hurry and just was trying to see if they were open. The employee yelled at me to come back and that I should understand this was her personal time. 1 minute later she opened, did not greet me. I asked for help where an item was and instead only pointed. I took the item to the register to pay- she didn’t thank me, ask if I found everything. And then told me I was an entitled customer. I’ve reached out to corporate to complain because it sounds like other customers had this experience with unhelpful, rude employees and always find the shop closed “on break”. However, the store has not responded.

Surprisingly large shop full of unique products. Lots of fun greeting cards I had not seen before! Great selection of books as well. Staff member was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Therapy is a lot of fun. We shopped for stocking stuffers. The buyers do a great job. You can browse for an hour looking and reading all of the interesting items.

We walked past the store and the no drama llama caught out attention so we walked into the store. True to its name, it feels like a therapy playground. First of all, they have the cutest things, and now we know where to buy cute socks for our friends. We stumbled upon an adorable pair of cat-themed socks and couldn't resist buying them for our friend's daughter. She has a love for cats, but unfortunately, she is allergic to them. We thought it would be a perfect way for her to show her affection for felines without being exposed to allergens.

My college bestie and I came here and we LOVED IT!!! She tried on a ton of outfits and I was blown away by all the gifts, stationery, cute stuffies for the kids (or grownups), and hair accessories they had! I love this store… it’s my favorite store!

I absolutely adore this store!! They always have so many cute things to check out. It's a fantastic place to find the perfect birthday gift. They have a curated collection of clothing, jewelry, candles, kitchen items and more. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I found this store by chance by walking in Pleasanton. I recently lost my dog and have been carrying around deep sadness and grief. Walking into the store helped me feel a little hopeful and more positive. I bought a few books that I think may help me live a more fulfilling life without my dog. I think she may have led me here.
