I do not understand the low average score. This T-Mobile store, like almost every other one I've visited, provides amazing customer service. What I love most about them, they provide good service even if your request is not intended to earn them any money. I walk in and ask them to convert my SIM card to an E-SIM, and they take care of it in 10 minutes. The workers are always friendly and helpful. All in all I'm quite pleased with my T-Mobile telephone service and, compared to Verizon or AT&t, the service workers are always top-notch. Interestingly, while I'm getting my simple SIM card replacement, another customer is heard commenting that these T-Mobile employees are some of the most competent he's ever dealt with.

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years. This is the best service I received at any store in the country. Domiano was the sales person on hand and he went above and beyond to fix the problem on my phone. He fixed the problem and also gave me clear contact information to reach them at the store afterwards in the event that anything went wrong later. I cannot praise him or the experience enough

Though i canceled my prepaid service with them within a cycle, they charged me for the next cycle anyway via auto payment. I filed a refund request, followed by God-know-how-many phone calls, web chats, and store visit. In the end, they told me i cannot get my refund because they don't have my record anymore. Wow... The WORST carrier I dealt with ever!!! I would give 0 starts if it was allowed - thats what they deserve.

I have been a t-mobile customer since it was voice stream 23+ years Never complained until now I stoped at this store to get a new SIM card and got a screen protector installed on the phone, two days later the protector is bubbling up went back to the store to get it replaced and was told because I don’t have t-mobile insurance I didn’t qualify to get it replaced Even though this was in a span of two days. Some other comments were made by the employees. That I don’t want to mention. This store has very low customer service for being a CORPORATE store. What happened to Customer service .?

Today my flip phone went nuts. the screen would not operate. I did not know how to do anything. I went to this location and omg. I hit the jackpot.. I was happily wonderfully assisted by Evelyn Retail Assoc. Manager and Tayvionna. They helped me a 34 yr Sprint/T-mobile stay a customer. Tayvionna was able to get the screen to work (how I don't know). Evelyn then started transferring items and getting my backup phone in a working situation. Evelyn asked me what was important to me for transfer as my backup hone did not have enough memory. All in all I hit the CUSTOMER SERVICE JACKPOT. Tayvionna and Evelyn ensured I would stay a customer, that I was able to connect to my job.. I am very happy to have worked with them. I learned alot.Thank you both.

I just bought a new iphone (after 4 years of purposely buying a second hand Iphone, which I kept even with a screen crack in the last year) and went in with my new iphone 14 to transfer my T-mobile info. Obviously, the phone was new and still in the box but the reps didn’t care and took it out and started thudding it around like they wanted to break it. They also talked to me hostilely with one word curt answers to questions. Then they go and tell me after checking my account, oh yeah we don’t even need the phone out to place the sim card in, just call online. It’s easier than doing it here. If you come here, come at your own peril.

I don't ever like to put bad reviews for stores but with this one I'm going to have to so yesterday I came in to get my screen protector replacement and the rep at the store replaced it and didn't even bother cleaning my screen I didn't notice until when I left the mall and I saw it that there was dirt underneath of the screen protector so I called and I told him what's going on and they told me that if I'm not happy with it I can come back and they replace it so I spoke with Kevin on the phone when he told me that normally when they put a new one on day don't clean it well there was dirt on the side of the screen when the representative put the first one on. And he seen the dirt on the side of the screen and didn't even bother cleaning it normally when they put a new one on there was clean the screen every store I've been to I've seen it with my own eyes that they always clean the screen before putting a new one. So Kevin was trying to fix it but he couldn't fix it so he had to put a new one on and he cleaned the screen FYI I've been to plenty of T-Mobile store and every time when I get a new screen Hector they always clean the screen first before they put a new one on.

Went to store as my phone was acting up. Sales person suggested I had virus in my phone. I asked him what needs to be done. He suggested to reset phone. So , we went ahead and did it. But he dint back my data. Thank God my picturs were on my Google account. But everything else was gone. Definitely the t- mobile tech team was very supportive and surprised why he dint do a phone backup. I'm so disappointed ? so much info lost. My work stuff and so much more information.

Ramon was super helpful & informative after I've spent the last couple of weeks going back and forth from different tmobiles to Apple. I was giving up on getting my phone fixed but he helped me leave the store with everything in order and a brand new phone. I am very satisfied with my experience there compared to other stores where I left feeling unproductive. I will be returning there for anything else I need moving forward.

My daughter bought the iPhone 14 pro max yesterday by trading in iPhone 11. It felt too big so we came in to change it to pro as they told her you can replace it within 2 weeks. Today, they told us that we change to pro, we will lose the $400 trade in value. The manager Steph was not very helpful and the sales rep didn't inform us about the deferred trade, losing $400 and $70 restocking fee if we come back to change it. I just want to alert others who may have gone thru this problem. They informed us to call 611 and the rep was able to approve the trade so we didn't lose $400. The phone rep then told Steph to approve the exchange. It was frustrating that I had to call T-mobile support when clearly Steph could have taken care of the issue. I wish she was more helpful and customer-oriented. Apple Store also said if you get more trade in value at T-Mobile, you can go to them and they will honor the same trade in price. We are so grateful to T-Mobile phone support!
