I had bad experience with the team here. I request to cancel the membership before the due date and they confirmed it’s cancelled. But after two days I realised the amount was charged on my card, so I reached out to cancel and ask for refund. They cancelled but did not refund my membership amount. I spent lot of time calling them and their head office requesting refund but no response. Coming to washing area, it’s not that bad, but I felt hard strains are not cleaned properly and especially the backside mirror area is not cleaned properly. So every time I visit this place has to wash the vehicle twice. Staff is friendly but not knowledgeable on company policy. If they would have guided me properly I would’ve not had this problem.

Good things never last. I’ve been watching this car wash go down hill since last October. For example , today ; the left roller wasn’t working. The final dry spin is so nasty it puts grease right back on your windshield. The vacuums were operating at 30/40 percent suction. Nice young crew … they allowed me to do a second run for free but overall , this location is not what it used to be. May not renew membership as they are raising prices too.

I have been going for about 5 years now. The last few months the back of all my cars have been left dirty. I have a large sedan, SUV and a smaller car. I think the brushes have to be adj to come closer to car.

Highly disappointed in today’s experience. I bought a new car recently and went to wash it at surf thru car wash. I have been going there for almost a year now with my other vehicles. I tried to go through the automated gate with my window sticker and it was not working. This is the gate i have always used.An attendant came over to me and said very rudely, you have to use the other gate! Shocked by the tone of his voice, i asked why and he said because of my sticker. It was on my door window. i mumbled to myself as i was upset i didn’t know this information nor was told it. English is my second language, so i was talking to myself in my native tongue.The attendant then yelled at me to leave and that he was not going to help me or let me wash my car. He didn’t have a reason for sending me away, other than that he was offended i was talking to myself.I have never felt so blatantly disrespected. What kind of customer service was that? This whole experience could have been avoided if the attendant would have approached me in a calm manner and explained the process for different window sticker placements.I never write reviews, but felt i had to share this one as i felt personally attacked.

Extreme wash with undercarriage doesn’t clean bottom on Tesla model 3! I’d have thought for extreme it would also leave the screen completely clean but no. The dude only hoses suds on one side. Now I know why I wash at home.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!! I would give zero stars if I could!! At around 6:00 PM I pulled in to the surf thru vacuum station and started to vacuum out my car with every intention of taking my car through the car wash as I always vacuum first…I have been going to this station regularly since it opened and am a paying customer. I was approached by a young man who stated that I could not use the vacuum because there's no guarantee that I would be washing my car after. I told him I always vacuum first and then wash. He said Im going to have to ask you to leave. I asked why and he said because the rules are wash first and then vacuum and he was afraid I wouldn't pay the two dollars to use the vacuum. Mind you...there are no signs that state these rules. I said well I'm going to finish my vacuum and then I will proceed to the car wash after. He said I'm going to stop you. I said really?? He said I'm calling the police and proceeded to call the police on me.I went home and told my husband what happened and he asked me to come with him to speak to the manager about the incident. There are no signs or instructions that state you must wash your car prior to vacuuming and there are no signs stating the vacuum costs anything.When my husband asked for the manager the kid told him that he was the manager. My husband asked for his bosses contact information and the kid stated that he doesn't give out personal information.My husband told the kid that what he did to me was wrong and the kid told him that I trespassed and then stole the use of his vacuum. My husband tried to pay him the 2.00 for the use of the vacuum even though it is free with car wash. He proceeded to call the police on my husband.My husband is a doctor and I am a nurse in town. Never in my life have I been treated like this and it is beyond inexcusable.As we were leaving another male employee came out and gave us the middle finger.

Hands downs the best car wash in the Tri-Valley for self service. Most expensive package was $20 with all the bells a whistles getting the wash. You do your own vacuuming and can make us of an air hose to blow off water droplets missed by the air dryer. This gives you a streak-less shine and then you hit up your whip with a spray wax and buff with a rag. I always bring a helper (my wife) so I’m in an out in 30 minutes to an hour tops.

It is one of the best car washes I have used. Car comes clean and you need to vacuum and the rest 10% drying yourself. Even the wheels and tires are cleaned. I have the monthly membership for 5 visits with any cars so that works out cheap for 3 cars but I hardly use it for just one of the car.

Great spot for a quick wash and free use of vacuum and air gun to dry! The staff are all very friendly and the facility itself is very new and clean. I opted for a monthly membership with unlimited washes. Couldn't be happier!

on 10/12, John the manager at the time closed the shop early reducing access to vacuuming after i’d just washed my car in anticipation of a trip. I had to take my car to another location and pay additional money to vacuum the car. Neither John or Garrett are interested in correcting this experience and have lost me as their customer. I hope they do not ruin anyone else’s experience, waste their time, or require them to spend additional money elsewhere.
