Rude workers, car wash stinks, left my car wet and not a little it was soaking wet i had to use a shirt to dry it. Expensive for such a bad car wash.

I won't be going back again. We had our truck washed and then went grocery shopping. As soon as I got out of the car I checked the tires which had the tire treatment sprayed in one spot, about 6" long, rather than the entire tire. I returned with the receipt and was told I could purchase another wash but couldn't go through again since we left the premises. Not a good policy and not what other car washes do when their equipment is faulty. Obviously, the tire sprayer was not working correctly. Bad customer service!

This place used to be great. It was about 13 for a basic wash and so on. I don't know if they got new management or what but they raised their prices to $26 for a basic wash. $26!!!!!!!!!! You have to vacuum your car yourself! It doesn't even fully dry off your car you have to bring towels! I don't see how this place is in business who is paying for this? It's literally like a drive through car wash at the gas station. You can literally go to a hand wash business and they will throughly dry your car, vacuum it and wash your windows for the same price!

This place is truly the best, always clean, all the utilities such as vacuums etc are fantastic!! The manager Justin and his crew are very helpful and professional! I always go here for a carwash and it never fails to get all the grime off! 10/10

Really happy with customer service! Emily the manager and all the employees were so helpful with my monthly membership. After my car was hit they went above and beyond to help me not loose my already paid membership. I'm always pleased with the service but I will definitely be a customer for life! Thank you

I had bad experience with the team here. I request to cancel the membership before the due date and they confirmed it’s cancelled. But after two days I realised the amount was charged on my card, so I reached out to cancel and ask for refund. They cancelled but did not refund my membership amount. I spent lot of time calling them and their head office requesting refund but no response. Coming to washing area, it’s not that bad, but I felt hard strains are not cleaned properly and especially the backside mirror area is not cleaned properly. So every time I visit this place has to wash the vehicle twice. Staff is friendly but not knowledgeable on company policy. If they would have guided me properly I would’ve not had this problem.

I have used the exact same mat washer at other car washes and they do not come out dripping wet. Why would I lie?

Good things never last. I’ve been watching this car wash go down hill since last October. For example , today ; the left roller wasn’t working. The final dry spin is so nasty it puts grease right back on your windshield. The vacuums were operating at 30/40 percent suction. Nice young crew … they allowed me to do a second run for free but overall , this location is not what it used to be. May not renew membership as they are raising prices too.

I have been going for about 5 years now. The last few months the back of all my cars have been left dirty. I have a large sedan, SUV and a smaller car. I think the brushes have to be adj to come closer to car.

The two stars is for the poor customer service. This is the second time I pay for armor all and the machine does not work. They don't tell you that of course. When you bring it to their attention, it's like pulling teeth to have someone come out and do it. Today, they had the slowest employee I have ever seen. Not only did he walk to the wrong car and started doing their tires instead of mine but he ran out of armor all after 2 tires and walked back as slow as possible to get more. Imagine a slug.... I left. The manager really needs to get a clue.

Highly disappointed in today’s experience. I bought a new car recently and went to wash it at surf thru car wash. I have been going there for almost a year now with my other vehicles. I tried to go through the automated gate with my window sticker and it was not working. This is the gate i have always used.An attendant came over to me and said very rudely, you have to use the other gate! Shocked by the tone of his voice, i asked why and he said because of my sticker. It was on my door window. i mumbled to myself as i was upset i didn’t know this information nor was told it. English is my second language, so i was talking to myself in my native tongue.The attendant then yelled at me to leave and that he was not going to help me or let me wash my car. He didn’t have a reason for sending me away, other than that he was offended i was talking to myself.I have never felt so blatantly disrespected. What kind of customer service was that? This whole experience could have been avoided if the attendant would have approached me in a calm manner and explained the process for different window sticker placements.I never write reviews, but felt i had to share this one as i felt personally attacked.

Sad to say but the idiots at the entrance to the car wash are completely unprofessional. You know how you drive slowly up to the actual car wash to get your car in the groove for your left front wheel so your car moves along the conveyor belt in the car wash? Fine, great. I start driving slowly. Two guys are there. The guy directing it looks like he's in college. He's waving me on continuously. Great. Then he gets MAD and IRRITATED because I'm driving not slowly but not fast. He waves his hands more furiously and sighs heavily and rolls his eyes. I drive forward at a slow to moderate pace because I want to get in the groove. He motions in a real irritated way the same sign he's been waving, "Come towards me, move forward to me." I feel I'm a little off. When I'm at the conveyor belt, and the guy is doing the SAME IRRITATED MOTION OF MOVING STRAIGHT FORWARD, HURRY UP, I hear a big BANG. My left wheel has hit the metal of the start of the conveyor belt at the wrong angle. I knew it was off. Then the college kid throws his hands up in the air exasperated and motions me to steer my front tires to the left. AFTER HE DIRECTED ME STRAIGHT FORWARD HURRIEDLY WHEN I KNEW AND HE KNEW I WAS OFF AND HE KNEW I WAS OFF AND I TRIED TO SLIGHTLY TURN AND CORRECT MY WHEEL WHILE DRIVING UP BUT HE WAVED AT ME NOT TO DO THAT AND TO GO STRAIGHT AND TO HURRY UP. He even rolled his eyes. Twice. And looked at his coworker and made a snickering face. Well, he was wrong. Absolutely wrong. Either he did this and doesn't know how to direct people so he's an idiot or he did this intentionally to damage cars. I wouldn't put it past them probably. As a result, my tire is now popped and deflated, my hubcap has deep metal scratches in it. AND the employee laughed with the other college employee. This was before my car was sprayed with water so I could see them laughing until they sprayed my car to pre-rinse it. They even said What an idiot. These people are not professional. They're doing everything wrong. As a result, now I have damage over a thousand dollars and have to take off work at least three days next week to get this fixed. These people couldn't direct their own urine stream. Idiots. Rude. And completely utterly should not be at their jobs. Also, my car was still dirty in many places after the car wash. They don't keep their equipment of the stuff that flaps at your car clean. Dirt, oil, and smudges that weren't on my car when I entered the car wash are now on my car after going through the car wash. Hire some professional people who wave their hands correctly and don't huff and puff irritatedly with the wrong signs and then laugh at four figure damage. This place used to be nice. Now it's a dumpster. And so much more expensive too because they highly inflated their prices now double digits.
