I usually get my haircut at the Supercuts near my home in LA, but this week I'm teaching a class in Livermore and was not able to get a haircut before leaving home. Bottom line, this place rocked. Lucy took extra care to cut my hair exactly the way I like it (which actually takes some patience since I like it cut so close) and then gave me the best Tea Tree Experience I have had at any Supercuts. Suffice to say that the next time in town, this is now my place to get a haircut.

Basically the lady is rude. I brought my girl to cut, I asked for layers, she suggested not. Alright, so the job is simply cut the hairs a little big shorter liked straight cutting for once inches. She wet the hair, after cutting she didn't blow the hair dry properly, rush work, charged $27 for 5 minutes work. And when I tried to key in my email for receipts, she basically pushed me away saying it is not needed to do that, saying it is not needed. All in all, rude.

You guys This is the first time I went to Supercuts I don't know what to say. I went for lip eyebrow tea tree treatment and haircut Requested for blow dry too Lip and eyebrow was very direct. So they did it all good The tea tree treatment is litreally shampoo and conditioner that I payed 40$ for. Bit in shock . For tea tree treatment, they put conditioner washed hair and it was done. There should be some official way of reporting that is not some treatment. Cause they took 40$ + for it.. for using shampoo and conditioner. Should have bought the shampoo bottle and conditioner from Costco for MUCH CHEAPER Then I asked for blow dry. They said they don't have the blow dry machine and that is used only in salons. ???? I am like what? Then they decided to do it and then decided not to do it. I payed 70$ total. They also said 18% is the tip that is expected... Someone who owns supercut should really know that this is what is being done here. All the talking that I look young when I am way old does not compensate for the bad service. I wish they understood no one wants to pay 40$ for using tea tree shampooo and conditioner. It's not worth it! Warm towel treatment is just a joke. There is nothing. It's just for washing hair in shock. I don't know what to say. Cant walk out of a salon feeling like this. Go to a proper salon if u would like to walk out feeling ready and happy. This ain't it

Worst experience ever!! I walked in and was told that i will be next and wait time would be 10-15 mins, kept waiting and they kept taking other customers showed up after me and finally got turn after 1 hour.And they messed up my hair. They got no technique and no basic skills of hair cutting. They finish cutting in 5 mins. I would only pay $5 for this type of hair cut.Service: Haircut

Worst experience I had, hair specialist claimed she is an artist and not to worry but she messed up my hair. Not at all recommended.

Was ok $26 for a cut $12 for shampoo and was supposed to have a warm towel that never happened. Add $50 if I want a blow dry. I will go to a full service salon next time.
