From the moment you drop off your child in Ms. Noushin and Ms. Sandhya's classroom, their kindness shines through. Their warm smiles and welcoming greetings set a positive tone for the entire day, fostering excitement for learning and exploration. The atmosphere in their classroom exudes positivity and support, showcasing their genuine care for their students' well-being. These two teachers epitomize nurturing kindness and exceptional patience. Their ability to recognize each child's uniqueness and adapt their teaching methods has been pivotal in empowering our child to learn, grow, explore, and discover at their own pace.

I barely write any negative reviews on any business but feel it's high time to comment on this school for any parents choosing schools for little ones, especially the younger ones (Pre-S/Pre-K):Children get hurt on this campus and the administration didn't care much about it. My 3 year old bumped his head in Stratford's playground almost 2 weeks ago. He got 3 centimeter long cut on his right head (just above forehead ), deep enough to see his skull. The administration office called me 15 mins later after the incident and said, i quote "he fell from play structure, he is doing fine now. Please pick him up". I thought it was minor cut or scratches. However, when i saw my son in their office, i realized it was far away from doing fine. This is what i saw: My son was sitting on a bench, with tears on his face, half of his t-shirt in blood (almost try when i touched him). A long cut on his head, deep enough to see his skull, no bandage on it, no one was applying pressure on his wound. I started to cry right away. Given the depth of the cut, that was nothing to do with being fine!!! I told the program director Amina "I see his skull" and she said "yes, he is doing fine now". That's not called doing fine when you see a three-year old's skull!!! Then i requested her to call 911 right away. During this time, NO ONE in this administration office offered to call 911 for medical help until i asked them to.My family spent 5 hours in ER to get my son stitched. He got double layered stitches, 2 stitches close to skull and 5 staples to close the wound. He suffered physically and traumatized emotionally. My whole family were actually traumatized by this incident. We never expected this could happen on this campus and how this administration handled the situation! All the messages they sent to me was to urge me to pick up my son and NO ONE CARED ENOUGH TO CALL FOR HELP FOR US!By far, there is no detailed incident report to us even though i requested a couple of times. When asked about how this happened, the program director said "we don't know. The teacher didn't see what happened." Can you believe this? I pay you to supervise my kid when i am not there and you say you don't know? ??? The director even blamed me not to tell them to call 911 over the phone call. The problem is, NO ONE provided an objective description of my son's wound, no picture nor estimate how long and how deep of his wound. All i heard was "he is doing fine, please pick him up"!!! Can you believe this is the words coming out of a program director's mouth? How could i trust her and this school with my kid any more?I pulled my son out from this school right away, and they agreed to return my money (remaining summer program fee and 2023-2024 first month tuition) ONLY IF i sign their release and refund terms. Basically it says, to get this refund, i need to agree not to talk to any party, anybody about this incident and give up the right to file any claims or complaints. What it means is they pay me to shut up with my own money!!! How Hilarious it is!! I cannot believe this is the group of people that promised to make my son's education better!!!Most importantly, My son's incident is not a single case on this campus. It turned out there was a similar incident a few months back and the 3 year old got 5 stitches too! Similarly, parents were urged to pick their little one up and no actions from school. If you want to make sure your little ones are taken care of in good hands, go somewhere else, not this administration.

Stratford School is nothing short of stellar in all aspects- teachers, administration and the academic program. Our experience with them has been exceptional. My daughter has really thrived under Ms Vijaya, Ms Da'Sharie and Ms Chitra's guidance and teaching style. The creative and interactive lessons they plan are a hit with my daughter. She comes home eager to share what she learned in class. Keep up the good work.

I highly recommend Ms. Noushin and Ms. Heather !!! Loads of love and thanks to them for the care and attention they give to each child in their class. My daughter had the pleasure of having them as her pre-school teachers in Stratford, and they did an incredible job, especially considering the challenges posed by the pandemic. From the moment I met Ms. Noushin and Ms. Heather, I could tell that they were both passionate about their work and genuinely cared about the children in their care. They went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter received the attention and care she needed to thrive, despite the many disruptions caused by COVID-19.Ms. Noushin and Ms. Heather took all the necessary precautions to keep their students safe and healthy during these difficult times. They followed all the guidelines set forth by the authorities and implemented strict hygiene protocols in the classroom. As a result, I felt confident that my daughter was in good hands and that she was receiving a high-quality education in a safe environment. They created a nurturing and supportive environment that made my daughter feel safe and valued, and she looked forward to going to school every day. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided regular updates on my daughter's progress.Overall, I am so grateful to Ms. Noushin and Ms. Heather for the incredible job they did, especially during the pandemic. My daughter is currently attending the Pre-School at Stratford Pleasanton Campus and have only great things to say about my experience. The teachers Ms. Vijayalaxmi and Ms. Da'Sharie are amazing, the curriculum is second to none and each child is treated with care. My daughter absolutely loves the school and the staff. Her teachers are a great encouragement and and the academic program is great. Her class teachers Ms. Vijayalaxmi, Ms. Da'Sharie and Ms. Chitra are passionate about seeing their students succeed. They are so great about sharing moments of pride they see within the child - their good behaviors and achievements; and they know the importance of getting the parents involved should an issue arise, and do it in a very respectful, approachable manner.Overall, great team and great school and highly recommend this school !!

I don't really add reviews but I this time I wanted to acknowledge all the hard work and dedication of the teachers and staff of Startford school, Pleasanton, so I am writing this review which will not only acknowledge them but also will help other parents to make a right decision for their kids overall development. Both my daughters are a part of this school and I have praises for all the teachers and staff, specially Mrs. Pallavi Srivastava, 2nd grade teacher, Mrs. Farah, Pre-k teacher and Mrs. Jacklin, Pre-K Science teacher. Mrs. Pallavi Srivastava is my elder daughter's homeroom teacher, she is not only an amazing teacher but gem of a person. My daughter has learnt so much from her, she always emphasise on concepts and making learning fun, which keeps the kids interested and motivated to learn new things. She is friendly with kids and makes them comfortable but at the same time help them differentiate between right and wrong. I owe my daughter's overall development to her, because of this school she has become more confident and knowledgeable. Mrs. Farah and Mrs. Jacklin are my younger one's teacher and they both are my daughter's favourite. Mrs. Farah is extremely caring, loving and patient with kids, being my daughter's first school experience, I was skeptical but she made me and my daughter extremely comfortable. She is the reason, my daughter wants to go to school even on weekends. Mrs. Jacklin is the pre-k science teacher and I must say, she is so passionate about science and passing on the knowledge to these young brains. She makes science fun with experiments. In past few months my daughter has learnt so many concepts and experienced so many new ways of learning. She brings in different creatures to help kids understand and visualise the concepts which stays with them forever. I sincerely would like to thank all the teachers and staff of this school for making learning fun and giving my kids a comfortable environment to flourish.

5 Star Rating for Stratford - Pleasanton Campus in Education, Extra Curricular activities and Overall in each departments, be it, Science, Music, Arts, Spanish Classes. All the teachers are great & have focus on child's growth & well being. A great execution of ideas always comes from leadership ( Ms. Amina & Mr. Sanny), who pays extra attention to every aspect of schools day to day activities and well planned events. We have been fortunate to attend both of our 3 year old performing on Winter events in front of the MPR full of 50+ people and the kind of confidence the kids shows, conveys the effort the teacher put in to get them ready. I am highly appreciative of teachers who has been part of this journey. From Ms. Radha, Ms. Engy to Ms. Vijaya & DaShaire, these Room # 7 teachers has been party of early age for our 2 daughter. Both of our kiddos are a Stratford Student & feel happy walking out of school after drop-offs and picking them up and how they sing "we belong to Stratford & the love to go to school".
