I had a really good experience going there yesterday with my family. They carry majority of sizes and I can say the underwear way more cute then Victoria Secret the colors are vibrant and made me feel comfortable on all the plus sizes they had. Definitely recommend this place. It is in the mall but you have to go down the little side halls from the main area it’s right passed the dmv there. Definitely recommend to anyone they have different shapes and styles too!! Also the customer service is very nice !!

This is the only Soma closer to me unfortunately. Mercedes is very pushy and sticky almost like following you like crazy person. It becomes over bearing and takes away from the relaxing shopping experience. She comes on too strong and manipulative for no good reason.

Mercedes was rude and unhelpful. Her tone and attitude changed the moment she saw that I was going to use the coupon. She gave me hard time in using my birthday coupon when I had used the same kind of coupon almost every year Soma sends me without a hassle.I don’t expect that kind of customer service from Soma and I have shopping from Soma from last 12 years now. Disappointed this time because of employees like Mercedes makes the company looks really cheap.

I had a very good experience shopping at this store. Margarita asked me if I need help. She showed me a number of bras based on what I was looking for and made sure that they fit well. I was very pleased by her customer service and will certainly return in the future.

If you want a place to feel womanly, this is the place for you. The bras, underwear, and pjs, are all comfortable and elegant looking. When you walk into the store, you feel embraced in sisterhood, camaraderie, and protection, like you've been let in on a little secret. Margarita was amazing at helping me find the bras I like, and consequently I bought a bunch from her during the Black Friday deal sale. I was in between sizes so I decided to buy different sizes, thinking that I would give myself a variety.So why the 4 stars instead of 5? Well, after trying on the different sizes for a couple of days, I decided to exchange one of the bras for a different size. A couple of days later, I decided to exchange another couple of bras for that same size, because I liked the new size. When I went in for my second exchange, the sales lady, an older white woman, asked the sales lady who was helping me how many times I have exchanged the bras. I was standing right there, she could have just asked me. The bras were brand new and with tags attached, even though they were on the same receipt as the others. The manner in which she asked them was rude and condescending and not the way that you should make a customer feel. You should never question how many times someone exchanges a bra - as long as the receipt is still valid they should be able to exchange as many times as they need to get the size right.

My visit has been AMAZING! I recently have been loosing weight and Mercedes began by measuring me, explaining how the measurements work with cup size. Then she helped me adjust the bra I was wearing! She then personally went through the collection and sizes that would work best for my body. This is the type of service you think you would get at Nordstroms, but even better. Personalized and honestly educational. I am so thrilled that I have found a company that has amazing products as well as an exceptional staff.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this store. The sales associate was very friendly and paid close attention to detail, checking the tags of each garment to ensure it was the size/style I wanted.

Only because there isn't ZERO stars. I just wasted my gas and time driving to the store only to be told that there was no one who could do a bra fitting. Not the salesperson. Not the manager. The only person "trained" to fit bras was on break. I was told to come back in 15-30 minutes. It felt like Pretty Woman. You show up wanting to spend a couple hundred dollars, and NO ONE is capable of helping you spend your money. SMH

Walked into the store yesterday at 6:35. The lady working appeared to be bothered to help me as she was swiffering the floor. After she took 5 minutes to pull up my profile on her ipad to get my bra size she fumbled around to find my sizes in the 3 bras I wanted to try. Soon after getting the first bra on, she knocked on the fitting room door to tell me the store closed at 7. I asked her what time it was and she said 6:50. I changed and walked out of the fitting room and said she was free to go. Her reply was 'thank you'. I guess closing the store early was more important than making a sale. Went home and ordered bras for store pickup. Called the store this afternoon and was told that store pickup orders might be ready in 2 days since they don't have anyone to work on filling store pickup orders. I asked if the order would be filled by Saturday or Sunday and she said 'maybe'. I will be cancelling my order. Yikes, how do they expect to keep this store open with such awful customer service?

Salesperson clearly didn’t think she needed to ask if I needed help or introduce me to her products. It was very awkward to be in the store with this salesperson, who had no intention of selling me anything. Terrible. I wouldn’t want to have her do a bra size on me. Just rude and somewhat condescending

I have been trying to return something for over 1 month, Everytime i go they are closed. I called yesterday at 5 pm to see what time they closed. The girl who answered the phone said 6 pm. I got in my car 5 minutes later and drove to the store which is a 16 mile round trip for me. I was at the store at 5:30 pm, and they were closed!!! I was so upset , with the cost of gas that was not Cool at all!! I understand all stores are struggling, but not only was i returning i needed to make a purchase. Stores cannot do better if they are not available to the consumer. And it would have been nice when i called if the girl said she was closing the store early so i didn't waste my gas at $5.69 a gallon and my time. :(

This store has the worst customer service. I originally placed an online order to pick up in store but when I got there they charged me more in-store than online after I had to change bra sizes. They couldn't explain to me the price discrepancy and blamed it on "taxes where I live vs at the store" which made no sense. However I called customer service and they refunded me the discrepancy. A week later I wanted to exchange one of the bras because the strap was bothering me. They told me they couldn't exchange it and would only refund me the price I paid for the bra, NOT the sales tax. So if I wanted to "exchange" the bra I would end up having to pay more to purchase a new one instead of making it an even exchange. Again they said maybe the price discrepancy is due to where I live which still makes zero sense. I made these purchases in store and still have no idea how my home address is involved in any of this. This store tries to rip you off so beware. After an hour arguing with the manager I finally left and dealt with it through the customer service contact line and they were able to exchange the bra for me with no additional charges and was very confused as to why the store gave me such a hard time. I advise you not to deal with this specific store in person these people have no idea what they're doing.

Typically I'm not a fan of shopping for bras. I have a small band size and medium-large cup size (usually around a 32D) and so it's often difficult for me to find good quality comfortable bras that are cute. Because of Covid, it had been a while since I was measured for a proper fitting bra, and I was in desperate need of a new one. I went into Soma, and was immediately helped by a very kind employee. I unfortunately don't remember her name, but she was extremely helpful in measuring me, providing me with a multitude of options in the size, and then figuring out what other sizes/coverages to try to best fit my anatomy. When we found a size that worked, she brought me half a dozen different styles, all of which fit me perfectly. After I decided which to buy, she also showed me all the available color options in the size and styles I wanted. I left with two extremely comfortable bras and will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

Very pushy service who didn't listen to my concerns and expensive bras which had very different sizes from the normal bra sizes you usually see in other stores. You're better off going to the VS in the same mall.
