Brad was super helpful. We love our Sleep Number bed and always come here for all our bedding. Their new location on Dublin Blvd. is more convenient and brighter. We can't wait until we're ready for a new bed! This is definitely where we'll come first!

My husband and I are in the market for a new bed due to our current mattress being old and causing us aches and pains. I decided to come into Sleep Number and was greeted by the lovely Alexis who was absolutely delightful. She greeted me with a smile and for the entire duration of my visit (which was about 30-40 mins) she provided me with tons of information about the technology, the variety of mattresses, and had me try out the mattresses. The best part was visiting during their Labor Day sale where they had many deals on all of their products (mattresses, pillows, sheets, etc.)

Bed shopping is the worst!!! So many choices and options to consider. It’s a big investment of money and time. Brad and Alexis made this overwhelming process as smooth as any bed buying process could be. We are so so so grateful to have had them help us.Brad helped us initially and really took his time explaining all the different bed types and options. He didn’t put pressure on us to make a decision and was patient with us. He had an answer for all of our questions and explained everything we needed to know really well.Both Brad and Alexis helped us get our financing in order. They even called us to give us UNEXPECTED AND AWESOME news that they had a better promotion that we qualified for and that our sales price would be less than we expected. They helped us pick perfect sheets to purchase with some of the money we saved.They set up our delivery and kept us informed every step of the way. We stopped in a few times to look at their pillow selection and ended up buying two pillows with the rewards we incurred on our sleep iq app (which Alexis hammered into our brains to take advantage of).We have had a few issues with our bed and bedding and each time, these two have taken care of every need or problem we have had that same day. They never batted an eye and helped us find what solution would work best for us.We now just stop by the store just to say hi because we love these two so much for helping us find a bed and bedding that was comfortable. Most of all though, we stop by to see them just to say hi because they are such nice people. I would recommend these two to anyone looking for a bed.

My mom just had a stroke and when she returned home, we decided it was time to buy her a new sleep number. This was her second one, however the service has really declined. I made sure I paid for her to get delivery, set up, and haul away her old bed; I made sure it would be a smooth delivery as she is easily upset after her stroke. She is 81 years old and the delivery drivers left the old base in her backyard and said it wasn’t their equipment, so they won’t haul it away. What a horrible way to treat disabled and elderly people. Don’t buy from them! When you pay for haul away service, they should take care of it and do their jobs.

When my bed was delivered and set up we found a small piece of plastic broken on the box. It didn’t affect the function of the bed but the delivery person insisted it be replaced.The new box was installed today. The delivery person said that there was no need to set it up. When I tried to connect to it, it was offline. Tech support was no help

This bed was awful. It is like an air mattress with a pad on it! Buyer beware. The return policy sucks! Sleep on it for130 days if not satisfied you can return. Well they didn't explain that the base is non refundable! I slept on my bed for 30 days & they will hold you to 30 days! Found out from the delivery guys that picked up my mattress that I can get the base taken back for a re-stocking fee. Customer service line Doesn't tell you that! But there is another catch $500 re-stock fee & pick up fee $150-$250. So in the whole awful experience I still owed money !

Sleep Number pillow called VariaCool is just that it's a great support pillow...at 149.00 plus tax it should be. Have had the pillow less than a year the company recommended to change pillows after 2years its even on the pillow tag....Great! The problem is the cover that holds all 3 rectangular foam shapes in place nice and high and tight...The zipper broke and the recommendations is to buy another $150 pillow or put in a floppy pillow protector that is open ended and will not have the same form. The store turned me over to the 1800 number who also told me I had no options...Casper Sleep Store here I come. Sleep Number you can loose my number.

Very happy with the service at the Pleasanton Sleep Number store. (They will be moving to Dublin late summer 2022). Brad was our sales person ( and I believe is the store manager there). This wasn't our first SN mattress, so we were familiar with the beds (which we love), but Brad did walk us threw the new models and the differences. Was able to get us a great price since we were a return customer as well. Even though our bed as being delivered to a different location out of state, he was able to facilitate all of it from this store. After the install he even followed up to make sure everything went well. Really felt like he wanted to make sure we had the best experience possible (which we did). If you are looking at purchasing a SN mattress, make sure you ask for Brad at this store!

Walked in to buy pillows walked out with a new bed. How did Brad do that I am not quite sure but it happened. My mother in law and I walked in to look at their pillows since mine and my husbands are now about 4 years old and we thought it was time for an update. While in there we were greeted by Brad who offered to answer any questions. Once we got to talk to him it came out that my mother in law needed a new more comfortable bed. Brad was very knowledgeable on the kind of beds and the key differences. After some debating my MIL decided this was the right choice for her. Once she picked a bed Brad helped her get the best price out there and informed her of all the benefits of the bed including the app features. She was able to get bad sheets, comforter, and pillows all for a great price. We can't wait for the bed to be delivered and installed (included in the price). Thank you Brad and his team for the excellent service.

I will make it easy and to the point. Stay clear from these fancy beds. First they cost a lot of money , second if something goes wrong all you will keep doing is call. It's been 2 months and my bed needs a pump but guess what since my bed is 5 years old with warranty they do it have a pump for it because they modified the pump for the new bed and it wouldn't fit my 9000+ dollar bed. Manager I spoke to was nice but after waiving the fee for the new pump which was my copay she never called back. I am still sleeping on the floor with a 2 month old child.

The buying experience was great but after owning the bed awhile had problem with the adjustable base. Customer service was of no help what so ever. We were just about to purchase a second bed for our spare bedroom when our first bed began having problems. I am elderly and when the customer service wanted me to climb under the bed to reset the system I was told if I can't get under the bed it would cost me $150 - $200 to get someone to come help me I was quite discouraged. I am glad this happened before I completed the purchase of a second bed. The bed itself was amazing but now that I am unable to adjust the bed to a comfortable setting I am unable to get a full nights sleep in my bed. I have resorted to sleeping in a recliner in my living room until we decide what type of bed to buy next.

Outstanding customer service from the staff at the Pleasanton location. Customer service is based in Louisiana (& w hurricane Ida it had been impossible to reach them. The Pleasanton staff are hero’s of the day! They solved my problem and saved my sanity!
