Junk and terrible quality. Even had boxes inside that were two diff colors and some had smudges on them and they are very thin garbage from overseas. Your lucky I’m being this nice about them.

Unprofessional. If you send them an email don’t expect anyone to get back to you. When you call you’re talking to Indians with accents that you have 0 chance to understand and they’ll just tell you someone is going to reach out to you. What a joke of a business but what to expect it’s in California.

Jay constantly is sending us the wrong samples, not communicating and when asked to speak with another sales person the phone doesn’t work. This is not a good experience.

I just received my third order of mailer boxes and could not resist saying that I really appreciate the design support and artwork done for my boxes. Silver Edge was just a suggestion of my brother but now it is my first choice whenever i need 1 or 1k mailer boxes.??

I ad specific instructions on how the box was to be made and they failed to provide. Poor quality. Won't be purchasing from them again.

The Pizza boxes from Silver Edge Packaging are the perfect way to show off your favorite treats. The guys at this company were so helpful and pleasant. They made sure every detail was just right! These guys are the best! I can't believe how patient they were with me when it took time to change all of those little details about my Pillow boxes. The communication throughout was great, mostly via Chat Box. And let's talk about delivery...this company delivered way faster than expected considering our distance being crossed-and even sent updates along for safety reasons-but definitely worth every penny spent because guess who got a nifty product in return?! Yep: YOU!!!

This is my first order with a company that delivers on their promises. I was really nervous about whether or not this would work out, but it's been great so far! The customer service team calls you instead of sending emails whenever there's an issue, making things feel much more personable and responsive than other companies can offer. They do what they say will do (which means no waiting around) AND give good prices while delivering fast turnaround times too-what more could someone ask for?!
