Great customer service. I exchanged my shoes because there was a defect on the first pair and I got the wrong size. they were very polite and the transaction was smooth.

Where can I start? The super team that shoepalace is building is looking unbeatable. Starting from secret inside agent, waziri, the mastermind, he has been able to recruit two prospects. The first, abogul or as he calls himself the wind, is smooth, fast, and an absolute baller. If he doesn't help u buy some cuffed cargos, he'll make u a Peet's coffee barista drink, class guy. The second prospect, I have one word, WOW!! The boy from Pleasanton has a one-of-a-kind aura, I heard he was bred in a Russian lab in an attempt to create a mog, instead they created a sales associate monster. When I walked in he greeted me with no pants on, but I felt warm and comfortable. I then asked for a size 15 and he said he didn't have it, but the front three or as they call themselves "wess" , rushed into footlocker and with a cross from the wind, waziri with the touch OH MY DAYS WAZIRI WITH THE BICYCLE, CROSSBAR!!, NOO, WAIT?, I CANT BELIVE IT THE LITTLE BOY FROM PLEASANTON HITS IT WITH HIS CHOLE WOWWW. SHOEPALACE FINALLY WINS EL CLASSICO AFTER THE CHAVES AMIN DYNASTY. THE ERA HAS COME TO AN END. The front three then came in with a size 15 REEBOX 4's, waziri looked at me and said here u go hooper hooper, the wind handed me a pair of matching cuffed cargos, and the boy made in the lab duke dennis laughed. This trio is unstoppable that's all I have to say. If another superstar were to join it would be unstoppable. Fabrizio expects a big move by the end of December but who will it be. Will there be another footlocker traitor? Who knows.

My experience today was a few things; it was awkward, draining, and pleasant. Where should I start? My daughter and I were just trying to kill time while we waited for the Apple store to address our concerns there. I have been looking for some brown Vans for the longest, however, I did not want to pay full price, so I was looking for a bargain. Low and behold there they were, brown Vans for 20 bucks. I don't know the names, so I will have to address them by nationality as best as I can figure them out. The young Hispanic man who assisted me, it took him a minute to find the other shoe, but he did fine the other shoe. I then ask him to hold the shoes while I go and take care of our Apple concerns, he said sure no problem. So we left on the way to Apple after spending quiet a few minutes there, my daughter said you can leave me and go get your shoes. So I went back there and I saw the shoes in the back of the cash register, and so I asked the other young man who appeared to be Asians, if he could pass me those shoes so I could try them on. So he hands me one shoe. I didn't quite know how to take that, but I took the one shoe and tried it on. He was pleasant enough because he did asked me how did those fit and I told him the one shoe was fine, but I would like to try the other one on as well. He then said oh I didn't know you wanted to try them both on, which I reply, would you like to hold onto the other shoe?, because again I didn't quite know how to take it. My daughter then calls me and said that I need you to come down here to the Apple store, so I asked the Hispanic guy again to hold on to the shoes And my other items until I return. His reply was the same " No problem". And they were there when I return. So the young lady at the cash register who assisted me she went to ring my stuff up and then Asian young man came by the register and pushed some other customer's shoes onto the counter that was already crowded with my items while she's trying to ring up my items. She then informed him there is room on the other side, a free counter. He rudely said my customer is on this side; totally uncalled for. I could tell it frustrated the young lady and I told her just breathe count to 10. ( I counted too!!). And then I told her some people should not work with people or around people, and he clearly appears to be one of these who either needs to be retrained, or needs to seek some other type of employment, where he doesn't have to work with people as much. I when I met back up with my daughter, I asked my daughter about the situation and what she thought about it, but she had a different perspective on it she said I was in my feelings and because people steal so much, maybe he was afraid to give you both shoes. And I told her I could go for that, however, being that, I am considerably older than the majority of the people who came into the store, and when I see a box, come out, the people working there usually hand you the whole box; so that one did not fly very far with me. Like I said, I hope somebody reaches out to assist this young man in his ways of conducting business, because right now he is the reason for the lack of stars. this encounter took place on Sunday, August 20, 2023 just in case the manager or franchise owner reads this and recognize that they have a potential problem; I'm sure I'm not the first or the only one to gather this type of response or behavior from this young man

walked in the store trying to start a conversation about shoes with a pretty girl she said nothing so I just asked for a size 10 she said yes we got it I go to the front to pay the guy or boy in the front counter was talking to the girl who btw was all the way across the store after he was done while I stood in front of him for minutes he told me they actually dont have a 10 had a 9.5 I said ok any 10.5 or even 11 ? he said he'll check literally continued his conversation pretty sure they didn't check after what seemed like 10mins I had to ask him again like ? he said just shook his head as if I told you so.. then why did you have me stand there for so long ?? unprofessional young punks I like there selections of shoes but staff is garbage at this location

Unfortunately this was not the day to come here. Wanted to have try a pair of shoes on and while waiting to have someone help me I walked toward the register. The young woman called over an employee who was on her phone by the door and clearly told her to help me and my family. The girl said no, and walked back to the door. The girl behind the register told me to go ask the girl by the door to help get the shoes. I told her no thank you and put the display shoes back on the shelf. My wife was near the register and asked the woman what was going on, she told my wife what happened and told her to do the same, as she did me. My wife stood there for a moment not sure what to say and the woman at the register stood there for a moment then giggled and said , you must not understand what I am saying. My wife replied Oh no, I understand you, but that is not our responsibility to address her. It would be assumed that you or the other woman would be in charge and it’s your responsibility to address this with her, not the customers. We decided to leave, the woman who refused to assist us said have a good day from behind her phone. No thanks, not only did they loose customers, I will be sure to actively tell people not to shop at this location. Not okay.

came here today everyone rude as Fuc* spent 30 mins 1 person helping and cashiering as well while others standing around at the door, asked twice for 2different shoes she said we only have 1 in each of those and your holding the shoes so try those. We tried them, they fit & we wanted them, waited and waited for someone to bring out the boxes. Everyone doing nothing. meanwhile someone happen to be returning one ofthe same shoes and needed the bigger size that we wanted.She then proceeded to go up to my son & say we don't have the matching pair. WTFFFFFFFFF lying bullshit. She said I have random sizes in the back that don't match each other and she proceeded to say I swear to God because she knew I wasn't buying the bullshit & knew the shady bullying shit she tried to tell a 10 year old. She then happen to find the shoes suddenly when you she noticed I wasn't backing down from the lie. You guys check every shoe before selling it. How do you mix expensive shoes up? NOT ONE BUT TWO different shoes. BULLSHIT LIE & change your attitudes while your at it.

We came in to browse for possible shoes my husband wanted. Nice we got to the register, the girl who was ringing people up, decided to stop and switch with another coworker so she could stand behind her and text! Yes, we all take breaks but why stand there (IF that were the case) and look tacky, texting on your phone? As others have stated, the customer service needs improvement and hopefully it was just a one off situation that day.

I was kinda bummed I didn't get to get my all black Cortez shoes due to them not having them in my size oh well ended up still leaving happy with the white and black ones most comfortable shoes ever due to me having a drop foot it's hard finding comfy shoes ??......... your welcome

I was in this store the other night and I left my sunglasses and keys in the store. When i called the next day, i spoke to Ronnie and he was so kind and helpful. He let me know that they had my stuff. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity!! Thank you for hiring good people, Shoe Palace!!

Worst customer services ever. Trying to return my shoes bought from the Hayward shoe palace two days ago and got denied. Told me that "You wore the s*** out of both those shoes bruh" but clearly I only tried them on at the store. Everybody from the Hayward store be trying both shoes on but the staff kept saying that's no way customer were allowed to try both shoes on at the store and accusing me a liar. The shoes were just a little bit more dusty since lots of people tried both shoes on at the store. Staff even gathered more of her coworkers to make fun of me being stupid , and trying to return a pair of 200 dollars shoes thst don't even fit me. Good job whoever manager hired bunch middle school kids to run a store.

I hate leaving reviews like this. But when a person comes in and you are at the door. You're there to greet them. And if it's only two of y'all working then the other one should be assisting instead of avoiding ppl who are there to shop.. stood there holding a pair of kicks in my hand waiting for someone to ask me if I needed any help but I'm one of those ppl if I don't get acknowledged I don't care what shoe it is. I'll leave and spend my money somewhere else. I can find a shoe anywhere
