Literally $1.50/gallon more expensive than the station across the street

How is it that this gas station still remains to be the highest in the entire tri valley. Throughout the pandemic to today it sits at above $6.00 and has not lowered . It's absolutely comical that the 76 across the street is still two dollars less.
