Where do I start from? Shaista is the best Mortgage Advisor you can work with, especially if you are a first time home buyer. If I had an option to give more than 5 stars I would do so. She is patient, kind, listens to all your concerns. She is everything you want in a Mortgage Advisor. I would always chose Shaista as my Mortgage Advisor!

From patiently guiding us through the myriad questions that come with being a first-time homebuyer to her unwavering availability, her commitment was exceptional. Moreover, she navigated a tricky closing when dealing with a challenging seller’s agent, and managed to still close on time. I wholeheartedly recommend Shaista for her professionalism and dedication to ensuring a smooth home-buying experience.

Many thanks to Shaista for making my first home buying experience a pleasant one. She was diligent, organized, and always kept me updated of new developments. Words won't come close to truly expressing my gratitude for Shaista but I will do my best!I am currently typing this review on my couch in my dream home with my Wife and 5 children and I am extremely confident in saying it would not be possible without Shaista at all.My situation was a crazy one with so many ups and downs and no matter if we spoke at 7am or 10pm Shaista was always in good spirits and working hard. Any lesser human would have given up after trying every avenue, even I lost hope at times and I am an optimist. But not Shaista she just kept on keeping on until we were finally approved!!THANK YOU SHAISTA YOU ARE TRULY 1/1 WE ARE FOREVER INDEBTED TO YOU AND YOUR HARD WORK!
