was a long time loyal customer and just received a form letter that they are going in another direction and don't want my business! I guess as a teacher I don't make enough money for it to be worth their time to do my taxes! this company does not care about their customers! please do not go to this accounting firm they only care about serving rich clients with many properties, if that's not you please don't inquire!

Andrew has been very helpful in converting our finance systems into Intacct. He was great in helping us to fully understand the robust capabilities of the Intacct and moving us into the a near full digital process. I am very excited to unlock the power of Intacct, 6 weeks in and it is already amazing.

Wow, I read the reviews and my experience echoes the lady who was with her tax accountant for 20 years and sold his business to Sensiba San Filippo. She is spot on, they have horrible customer service with very little customer communication. No more. I am taking my brother-in-law and neighbor with me to someone else. Big mistake on my return and then he wouldnt even admit it was him that made the mistake. I also was charged 500 bucks for a tax analysis for next year since I retired. No documentation, no verbal communication, only email saying your employer is not taking out enough. Put a fork in it, Im done. Not professional at all.

Despite having worked with a CPA they hired last year for over 15 years (the reason I went to this firm) with multiple business and trust accounts, I have had nothing but trouble with my tax returns since. There have been mistakes on my returns which were prepared late, invoicing was a nightmare with scant information as to how fees were determined, claims of past due payment on invoices I never received or saw despite numerous requests for all invoices, and now I am having trouble getting my past tax returns in a form I can review/open to send to my new accounting firm so they can prepare for my 2021 return. It's as though they never knew who I was or the accounts I had with them.
