I thought I needed a charging port replacement. The guy suggested a cleaning first and I agreed. He was able to remove lint from the charging port and my phone is back in working condition in minutes.

Best experience ever. I will give 6 star. No one can beat customer service like them. Thank you so much for being authentic and thinking about customer first. Went to get my phone checked as it fell in water. I was informed over phone that you can come check up but mostly the circumstances, he gave me the advice to just claim the insurance as water may go into motherboard. That’s the level of service and experience that you can expect from them. Thank you so much!

As we all know, phone ownership is not for the faint of heart. In the off chance you don’t have insurance for your phone repair costs can be scary as its hard to trust jist any repair shop. I have used Screenworks for four of my phones and each time the service has been amazing! All of the techs are helpful and able to answer all of my questions. They also have a great warranty plan and their prices are fair. Thank you Screenworks!!

Superb smartphone repair shop. Jimmy was super helpful and professional. Had a new Google Pixel 3 Battery replacement done as they completed the work in less than an hour..My phone holds a full charge and functions as good as new. Thank you. Its about as good as it gets. Highly recommended!!!!

I spilled coffee on my laptop keyboard and it stopped working. Screen work's Austin took a look immediately and diagnosed the issue. They also ordered the part and fixed it as soon as the part landed. Super fast service Thanks to Austin & Jimmy who were real knowledgeable and courteous.

Great and honest customer service. I dropped my Samsung 23 phone and half of the screen went black, so it was cheaper to fix it here than dealing with Verizon. I overnight shipped it so I can get it fixed the next day before the holidays. They had it done less than 2 hours and it's brand new again. I highly recommend them with professionalism and trusting them with my phone.

Went in 2 weeks ago to get my screen repaired. The gentleman that helped me out with my repair was super kind and helpful, and convinced me to buy a $40 screen protector to avoid future damage. While this felt rather pricey to me I assumed it was because of the quality and listened to his advice to purchase from them. Now this afternoon, 2 weeks later, my phone dropped from my table on to my office floor and the entire screen cracked and is displaying black spots and lines of colors. I called and asked if they would at the very least refund me for the price of the very expensive screen protector I paid for and they told me the best they could do is a $10 coupon for another screen repair & screen protector. Would not return, there are much better repair centers with more affordable pricing & better customer service.
