I requested a tow on 12/06/2023 on a Rainey night for my pickup truck that had blown a power steering hose and I thought was undrivable based on information my mechanic told me. Ethan listened to me and informed me that the truck could still be driven ,but not with power steering anymore until repaired. I did not know that. He volunteered to drive it to a space close by for me with no charge. What a great guy Thanks again Ethan. You restored my faith in our brotherhood of men, that is quickly disappearing from sight in this modern day and age. Thanks Brother. I will keep your phone # in my rolodex for the future. Outstanding service. Both Darrel and David were great! Felt safe and made sure I was okay. After totaling my car, they made sure I was able to get home safely. As a woman, this was very reassuring.

I don't know if this person was having a bad day but he was not personable on the phone at all! I literally went to another towing company because the customer service on the phone was awful. Hope they get someone who makes customers feel welcome and I hope that guy has a better day :/

Car got towed here after a crash on 580. They were accommodating and nice, which was a relief after spending 8 hours in the ER.

I got my car stuck in a field after all the crazy rain we've had since new years. AAA refused to come get the car out of the whole I dug myself into, and the shady AAA driver said he could do it, but for a clearly extorted price. David from Santa Rita tow came out, gave a fair price, was sooooooo friendly and helpful, took great care of my car, and told me how to make sure I didn't incur further damage to my vehicle all while giving AMAZING service and conversation.

Got a flat tire on 580 in Pleasanton. Our insurance told us about 60-90 minutes for assistance. Called the CHP and they dispatched Santa Rita tow. Ethan showed up within 45 minutes and assisted with installing the spare tire. Ethan was very friendly and professional. Your assistance was greatly appreciated! Would definitely use Santa Rita Tow in the future.

Jake from Santa Rita Tow was wonderful!!! After waiting over 3.5 hrs for roadside assistance (car just stopped!) thru our insurance company that never materialized (we were in the middle of a very busy intersection!), we called Santa Rita Tow. Jake gave us a quick quote (luckily we were willing and able to pay out of pocket, but our ins carrier reached him and covered the charge). He showed up in about 12 minutes!!! He knew exactly what to do (it was a flat bed tow). In less than 15 minutes the car was loaded and we were on our way to the dealership (four blocks away!). I'd highly recommend them. I've got his phone number on my phone now.

While waiting on another tow company that my roadside assistance dispatched (1.5 hours), CHP called Santa Rita Tow & they were on scene within 10 minutes. Ethan (I believe that was his name?) was professional, friendly and very helpful. After a car accident one can be very shook up but Santa Rita Tow made sure both myself & my vehicle were taken care of. Thank you for your service, it was greatly appreciated.

Probably worst tow company ever. I got in a car accident on the highway and they towed my car home and as soon as we got to my place they instantly doubled the price and said if I don't pay I don't get to keep MY CAR. Like what. This company is a scam and I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone ever

The bad, my situation: About a week ago, I found myself stuck in San Jose with a broken down truck. I have AAA Road Service, and I called them for help. I was told that the estimate for a tow driver was 240 minutes. If we're doing the math, that's four hours. I was unhappy, but I had to get to Dublin which was a distance. Apparently the issue was getting someone to accept a call to come 27 miles to come and get me. Every 30 minutes I called them for an update, and every time I called it was a different story. First it was no one would except the call for the distance, then it was someone was dispatched and they were waiting for an update, then there was no driver again. I ended up waiting four an a half hours. Why did I wait this long, because I was trying to give them a chance and I was trying to avoid the cost of a commercial driver.The good, my solution; I finally pulled the trigger and decided to call for a commercial tow, knowing that I could get reimbursed by AAA (which takes at least 30 days, by the way, for a service that I pay for that they were unable to provide for me). I found Santa Rita Tow. Jake was the on-call driver that night, and I told him it I knew it was a longshot, but would he be willing to come to San Jose to pick me up. Less than five minutes later he had agreed to it, given me my price, and I saw him about 35 minutes later. He was extremely professional, very personable, and just really nice. It was such a pleasure to have a pleasant ride home after such a rotten day. I'm very grateful for this company, and if my truck should need it again, these guys will be the first ones I call. I highly recommend this company!

I needed my SUV towed from my home to the dealership but I was nervous about the one star reviews. I took a chance though, because the business is conveniently located close to where I needed to go. I called to schedule a pickup, and the guy said he could have a truck over within the hour. As promised, Jake arrived within the hour, was professional, friendly, and wearing a mask. I went inside my house to gather a few things so that I could follow in a separate car. By the time I came out, my SUV was on the truck bed and strapped down. When we arrived at the dealership, I paid the quoted price. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, and will definitely keep these guys in mind if I ever need a tow again!
