Great experience! Very communicative and personable - kept us updated on progress along the way. They were flexible when we had circumstances that delayed the project. Efficient, kept the space clean, and were thorough. The work itself was high quality and turned out exactly as we hoped. Would definitely recommend them and would use again!

Just as advertised, 1 day install. My install was for a mobile home and everything went well. Shower walls go to the ceiling with caulking for sealing. Every solid hand rails when touched. Nice new big shower head and faucets. Bathroom is totally different and just great. Good job.

These are the things that happened that I am not happy with:
1. Carlos asked me to sign on his tablet to give them permission to start demolition, but I actually signed the completion portion not the demolition portion, so that was mis-leading. I never signed anything at the end.
2. I told them about the incorrect shower head, and Carlos stated he would notify his manager but it is 3 days later and you are the first person to reach to me and apparently you didn’t know about this.
3. On Saturday night they asked if they could start early on Monday morning at 7 am. I said sure, so I was up and ready for them but they did not show up until 8:45. When I asked Brian about it, his answer was “time got in the way”. I replied thanks for contacting me, you had my phone number.
4. When they left on Monday night, I shut my garage doors but they stopped the doors from coming down and never told me about it. I accidentally figured out several hours later when I went to the garage for something. This is a huge security issue for me and I didn’t appreciate it.
5. Also, they had to cut some of the floor beams in the upstairs bathroom for the drain, but when I step near the drain it creaks and has a lot of give in the floor like they did not re-brace it or reinforce the flooring after they removed a portion of it.
I am disappointed in the whole thing and feel like I was sent the B Team. I am a local real estate agent and will not recommend this product or your company to anyone. I actually don’t have shower doors yet because the company I was referred to does not service my area. This has been frustrating and disappointing to say the least.

Justin W., Tanner K., and Casey did a fabulous job in my bathroom with the shower and adjacent tub. They were friendly and professional. Job well done!!

The Reborn CABINET team did a great job renewing cabinets in our home. Met schedule, good communication, great craftsmanship. Recommend going through Costco for good deal. They get my 5 stars.
But beware, the Reborn Bath Remodel gets 2 stars. Left a mess in driveway after first day, did not meet schedule, staffing inadequate and caused two week delay to our overall bath remodel. Proceed with caution.

I am giving five stars based on the result of our installation. This is a beautiful walk-in shower and we are very happy with it (shower door will be installed by a different vendor who has more variety of glass and doors.)
We appreciated working with Justin W and Tanner K in completing this project. They worked their butts off for us.
That said, there were a few curveballs during the three day installation. My advice to other customers would be to make 100% certain all of the exact materials that you have agreed upon in your contract are available when the installer arrives on day one. If not, do not allow demolition to begin. It will just add stress to the project later.
That was my experience and in the end we ended up with a very good result, just a bumpy road along the way.

Trash !!! This company is nothing but TRASH !!!! worst customer service in the history of many kind . We scheduled a bathroom remodel .. The canceled two times on us with no apologies ... They set up a 3rd date to do the remodel .. They are nowhere to be found ... Ive spent the whole morning trying to get someone on the phone to explain this terrible service .. but they just give you the run around and put you on hold for 30 mins till you wanna pull your hair out ..I REALLY HATE this company !!!!!!
