I normally don't write reviews, but had to recommend this company. Bryan and his team are fantastic! They did a great job installing cameras for us. There were no inconsistencies like we've dealt with before. We had cameras installed before and the guys did not set up the cameras right and we had blind spots. Brian listened to us and knew exactly what we wanted and what to do to accommodate us. He and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. The cameras look and work great. We got the day/night color vision. It makes a big difference to be able to see color at night and not get the blurred grayed fuzziness. The cameras are clear and you can make them even clearer by switching to HD. If you are looking for surveillance cameras for your home/office I highly recommend Brian and his team. You will not be disappointed. We are glad to say that we are happy we selected them.S.C.

Brian and his team installed a home security system in my condo in San Francisco in under 3.5 hours for a competitive price. Brian is highly responsive to communication, he and his team were professional and friendly, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. I am a satisfied customer and now I have a great security system in my home. It was great to work with Pro-Techs.

It was a pleasure working with Brian and his team, from the first phone call onward. The salesperson answered my many questions, put my mind at ease about the holes in the building for the conduit. He was very detailed and came to the property multiple times before giving me a proposal. Brian and his team showed up on time, in fact early, and worked very efficiently, were extremely clean and cleaned up after themselves, even had a cleaning station, and wore masks, which I appreciate during this period. After the very timely install, I noticed the security cameras were very clear, turns out he upgraded all my cameras! Extremely efficient, very polite, customer service is very responsive, just about the best experience I've had with a vendor, ever! Thank you, Brian!

Pro-Techs did an amazing job at my house. 8-camera system install that was done in a day and a half. Very clean install! I can see HD quality live and recorded video with no latency, unlike some wifi-based cameras. Absolutely recommended!

I bought an eight cameras system from Costco. I spoke with at least 10+ different companies to compare with pricing, attitude and how they will do the installation. I got quotes from $100-$200/camera to $85-$250/hr to $5000 for a complete job. Really, I spent a month of research on this. Brian gave me reasonable pricing and amazing job well done. I'm so happy that I chose Pro-Techs. They are very professional. Brian gave me input on how and where to put the camera. I'm OCD so I was ready to clean after them but they cleaned up after themselves after each room they went. I will highly command them to anyone I know and I don't know. Don't waste your time looking around. You found it. It is right here.

Brian and his team were very professional and thorough, when installing a security camera system at my home. He provided very good suggestions on camera placement, explained how to operate and configure the NVR system very patiently, and all the work was clean and extremely well done. Post installation, they provided support over e-mail or phone, with the same patience and with detailed answers/ suggestions, to address any questions or concerns.

Brian is a great guy who is very honest. I've been a customer for several years now and I've always recieved wonderful service. Any time I've had a question, he gets back to me right away. If your alarm trips, the monitoring service contacts you immediately and will alert the police immediately if you didn't trip your alarm yourself. The price is right for the service and peace of mind having a security system. I highly recommend!

Bryan and his team are simply the best. The first time we found out about Bryan was last year (2017) when we were looking for a contractor to help us install Camera in our Pleasanton Store. During our search, we visited Yelp and read few reviews and Pro-Techs Security got our attention. We're happy to say that we made the right decision choosing Bryan and his team. Our experience working with him from start to finish was superb. After the first job, Bryan has done two additional jobs for our other locations and our experience were the same if not better. He is very competent, professional, dependable and reliable. He's not the type that keeps you hanging without returning calls. Keep it up. I truly recommend his services.

Pro-Techs Security is truly a five star business. A Client of mine was not happy with his existing security system, the interface was kludgy and we wanted to add a camera or two. After reading Yelp reviews and looking at websites we contacted Brian and were delighted with both his knowledge and communication skills. He and his son came out and did a knock out job and then taught us the new system with the skills of a true educator. We will be hiring them again and recommending Pro-Techs Security to everyone.

I purchased a 6 camera surveillance system on-line but decided to look for help installing it. Brian definitely fit the bill. I got multiple quotes but what impressed me with Brian was his willingness to share information about the installation process and the things to consider. I could tell he definitely knew what he was talking about. His professionalism is top notch which also came through in the work he did installing the system. Definitely no short cuts, he walked me through the setup on my computer and cell phone, we walked each camera and dialed it in the way I wanted and he left the place just as clean as it was when he got there. The job was completed in one day and we couldn't be happier with his work (my husband was impressed, which is hard to do). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional installation...we've already given two referrals. :-) Great Job, Brian! Many thanks!!!
