We were looking to update our couches & kitchen chairs.Decided best way was to get custom upholstered. After visiting & speaking with local shops we decided on Pleasanton Fabric & Upholstery .The shops all have similar fabric selections & pricing is comparable. Brian at Pleasanton Upholstery was the deciding factor: his professionalism, knowledge, concern about what would be best for us , his patience throughout the selection , a very caring & concern attitude. The workmanship was excellent, his suggestions right on the , the attention to detail & to my wife's concerns went way & above . All time with a pleasant attitude & his pride of workmanship. To the gentleman that is fairly round that works there. I hope you never racially profile someone in your store again. My mother went into this store wanting some chairs redesigned and was not even given a simple greeting when walking in. My mom is a Hispanic women that cleans houses for living. I'm sure she had her apron on after a long day at hard work. She asked for the price to redo her chairs. The gentleman then looked at my mom and said oh no you can't afford this. My mother respectfully stated that she asked how much the cost was not if she could afford it. The man then told her they'll talk when she bring the chairs in. Was not given an option to even look at the fabrics. The man couldn't even stand up and greet my mother nor show her things. The ego this man is insane if he thinks another human being is better then another. My mom was willing to bring business to this company and fortunately didn't due to the nasty person that day.

I brought in 8 cushions to be reupholstered. Four were for dinging table chairs, requiring piping, an ottoman and two other side chairs cushions, which had zippers. They were done to perfection and completed when promised, so I highly recommend them to anyone needing high quality upholstering services. Brian was a pleasure to work with...nice, professional, patient and answered the phone every time I called.
