“They have auto paint materials. Very old school shop. At the time of this review they were short staffed and closed for lunch. Probably best to call before hand if you're going around lunch time. Staff was nice though.”
“I met Juan picking out stain months ago and every time I come in he greets me by my first name. He has so many customers, I'm always surprised when he recognizes me...probably bc I've spent too much money for sample paint! I'm appreciative of the warm welcome even when it's 10 mins before closing time! Juan really cares and I've seen him coach his staff on the cash register in a very respectful way when they make mistakes. I wish I had a manager like that when I was starting out. He's a good one, I hope he's here for the long haul! Thanks for making it an easy process, Juan! Ps I am not related to him in anyway, just want to show my appreciation for the gems in this store!”
“So many colors and choices! Am having the interior of my house repainted after 20 plus years and was looking for a Kelly-Moore that is open on Sundays. Clay was so knowledgable and patient on the phone that I came out to Livermore from Berkeley today and purchased 20 gallons.I was in the store for 2 hours today looking at the swatches and that time included about 45 mins of "phone a friend" who painted her house with paint from the KM Antioch store. So many choices for gray and off white that I was starting to think I have a color discernment disability. :)Clay and the lady working there today (I didn't get her name) were very knowledgable, patient, and cheerful with all my questions.Superb customer service experience! Highly recommend even if you have to come from a ways out of town!”

“I didn't have any issues shopping here, the store is nice and big and they had an ample selection of Christmas decor to look at! The employees were nice enough, I mean I never expect retail employees to smile their energy away at everyone but they weren't rude or anything.It's located in a center with a strip of little stores. The parking can fill up but generally I always find a spot. I'm glad we have a local store like this where we can run and find what we need to fix things!The times that I've been I haven't had issues with lines being so bad I dread it.”
“Fantastic paint store! They have a superior product and we were helped greatly by the staff because I have no idea what I'm doing and I'm trying to sell my Livermore home. They gave us great advice and we went back for more products the next day. They had a lot in stock and we're very busy at the time we were there but still took extra time to help us. They even carried the product to the car!”
“Came in here on a Sunday needing help with selecting paint colors for my bedroom ceiling, accent wall, and other walls. Kirkland was patient and helpful walking me through the different grades of paint, primer purposes, and tones of paint. This location also has affordable paint samples for $6 which is less than other Benjamin Moore locations I've gone to in the past.”
