This location is awesome! We were able to visit the branch and get all the assistance we needed. We spoke with Reva and Carlos, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would give this location 1000 stars

I received a noticed that I had unclaimed money from an account I had a few years back and totally forgot about it. On the letter, it stated to call or email for more information on obtaining my funds. Called, left a message and email to no one getting back to me. I decide to drive all the way to Livermore since thats the address provided to find out they are closed. I rush to the Pleasanton branch and was greeted by Alejandro. I told him what was going on, showed him the letter and told him I can't get anyone on the phone nor at the Livermore building. He apologized and said he would take care of it and Riva who just finished with her customer, overheard and she verified what he needed to do to get my mula to me. Both of the tellers who patient, understanding and willing to help. He told me he would call me later today which he did and he took care of this for me. My check arrived in the mail a few days later. Riva and Alejandro truly are great assets to OE credit union.

I've been a member of OE3 Credit Union for more than 25 years. Here is my recent experience when I went into the Pleasanton branch to make a wire transfer. I walk in letting them know I want to make a wire transfer. The bank manager hands me a blank piece of paper and tells me to write down the details of my request, include my account information, and then sign it. I asked her if this was standard as it would seem that there should be some sort of form. She says that there is not as OE3 is not as advanced as the other banks. (I shared that I recently made a wire at Wells Fargo and this was not my experience.) She said that filling out the blank piece of paper was no longer necessary and that the teller would start the wire transfer process. He asked for my account #, the amount, and the information of the recipient. I confirmed the information and the wire transfer was complete. I then asked if they were going to ask me for my ID, my PIN, or some other way to confirm that I am the account owner. Both the manager and the teller were stunned. Neither of them had asked me for my ID for a very large wire transfer. Of course the manager blamed the teller, and the teller gave the manager a puzzled look. I called OE3 to file a complaint about the level of service and security. I asked them to reverse the $20 wire transfer fee. They refused.

Imagine going an hour out the way to get you check, then an hour to deposit and then to be told you cant bc its a day early bc of the holiday. And no, they wont release your funds on your other check bc it takes 2 days. The bank is closed the next 2 days. Thankgod the Martinez and Oakland branch have excellent service and not only didnt just shut me down but helped me figure it out. Imagine all the people shut down just because you dodnt feel like it whose family may go hungey or without lights this season...will never come here again...shame on you

The smart people and the cool people quit the Big Banks and use OEFCU instead. OE is the best credit union in NCaL. They go way above and beyond to help their clients with anything from opening a simple accouto sorting out complicated financial problems. Plus OEFCU has a bunch of different services like home loans & car loans (get approved over the phone), online banking, CD, money market, financial management help etc. OE Credit Union has provided me exemplary service & helped untangle a particularly gruesome & fraudulent financial complication that had been created by the notoriously unscrupulous Synchrony Bank. I say do yourself a favor and get an account with oefcu. :)
