“The service at this East West Bank is top notch! I brought my aunt here who has been dealing with an issue for a few months now (she had gone to another branch to try to resolve this, with no luck). We explained our issue to Alyssa and she went above and beyond for us. Since we went on a Sunday, she wasn't able to fix things for us on the back-end and said she'd call us on Monday when the bank opened. She persistently tried to help us and did call as promised.
