I wanted to address Keith A who left a bad review back in 2021.. Keith.. Perhaps if you took the time to pay your account without being chased around for payment from their bookkeeper you might have had a better experience. Do the math, literally!!

I am a weekend mechanic and need help/advice sometimes. I have found the staff at this store to be very helpful with information and advice. They insure I do not leave the store with the wrong part. Most pleased with their service

Very bad customer sevice wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go there! Sold me a defective part then turns around and tells me I gave them the wrong core.... then tells me he'll refund my cost on the part...but won't return my supposedly wrong core I gave them.....

Never spending money at a NAPA shop again if I can avoid it. I went in today and asked for very specific headlight bulbs for my car, explaining the specific year and model multiple times. I was assured multiple times that what they were selling me would fit my car. Of course the receipt says final sale etc because they’re bulbs which I totally understand. I get home and of course they’re not the right bulb I need once I try to install them. Next time I’ll do more research online on my own before buying anything but with that said, you’d think I could at least get the parts I need after explaining it at length to the parts team at the store.

Not worthy of any stars. I don't usually write but interaction with this store is far from the others listed below. Staff was disrespectful & unhelpful to my husband, unable to explain a discrepancy in prices that I paid & they charged. Don't understand the disparity in experience but completely left unhappy with their service.

Terry was the salesman who was so mean. There are two wheel studs, the ones for the rear are different, so all he had to do was ask Front or Rear. Buying a part that is in stock, and common is NOT a Special Order, No Return!

Lost my phone number and didn't call me back. Rude when I came in. Wouldn't uphold my warranty despite my battery saying napa auto parts and me bringing in my digits receipt from my credit with the info on it. They said I needed the invoice. Please...it's 2022.
